In November 2022, Liu Gang was severely warned and demoted by the party, and the proceeds from discipline violations were confiscated.

Fifth, Shi Haiqiang, chairman of the trade union of Shanxi Dongfeng South Automobile sales and Service Co., Ltd. and manager of the administrative department of Shanxi Dongfeng South Huisheng Store, received gifts in violation of regulations. From February 2018 to February 2021, Shi Haiqiang received 14 Wechat transfers and WeChat red packet gifts totaling 23700 yuan, many of which occurred during the Spring Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival. In November 2022, Shi Haiqiang was warned and punished by the party, and the proceeds from violations of discipline were confiscated.

Wan Jie, Marketing Branch Manager of Engineering vehicle Marketing Department of Dongfeng Huashen Automobile Co., Ltd., illegally accepts gifts and money, and accepts banquets that may affect the fair performance of official duties. From September 2021 to July 2022, Wanjie received cash red envelopes, shopping cards, drinks, moon cakes and other gifts and gifts from management clients six times, equivalent to 5345 yuan, which occurred many times during the Spring Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival. May 2022 and July 2022, Wanjie successively participated in banquet activities organized by management service objects, and the related expenses were paid by management service objects. In November 2022, Wanjie was severely warned and punished by the party, and the proceeds from violations of discipline were confiscated.

Dongfeng Company said that the above six typical problems all occurred in the illegal acceptance of gifts and gifts after the 19th CPC National Congress, and most of them occurred during the Spring Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival and other important nodes, some of which were intertwined by wind and corruption, some invisible variation and obscure means, and some against the wind violating discipline and taking chances. The notification case also fully reflects the stubborn, long-term, and repetitive characteristics of the "four winds" problem, and the rectification of the "four winds" is far from the time to breathe a sigh of relief and take a rest.
