For a long time, the question of "whether the extension is advanced or not" has been controversial in the industry. Of course, the introduction of Zero cars with additional models is also a helpless move. In recent years, zero-running cars, like other new car-building forces, are still in a state of loss. The relevant data show that the operating losses of zero running cars from 2019 to 2021 are 730 million yuan, 869 million yuan and 2.868 billion yuan respectively, and the losses attributable to equity holders are about 901 million yuan, 1.1 billion yuan and 2.846 billion yuan respectively, with a cumulative loss of 4.374 billion yuan in three years. Gross profit margin: the gross profit margin of zero-running cars from 2019 to 2021 is-95.7%,-50.6% and-44.3%, respectively.
In order to reverse the decline in sales, Zero car launched Zero C01 in September last year, the new car positioning medium and large pure electric sedan, a total of five models, with a subsidised price range of 19.38-286800 yuan. Zero-running cars are also in urgent need of finding a breakthrough, so the cost reduction increment has naturally become the key entry and exit of zero-running cars. As we all know, the biggest advantage of the add-on hybrid is its low cost, no need for complex gearboxes and expensive batteries. And for car companies, it is relatively easy to use, which can shorten the R & D cycle and facilitate new brands to quickly push products and grab the market. From the zero run C11 extended range price point of view, it still has a certain attraction, but whether it can open the sales market, this remains to be seen over time.
