Mr. Cheng said that it would be unimaginable if the front stabilizer connecting rod was broken while driving, especially on the highway, so he was very worried about this problem. When this problem first occurred, Mr. Cheng sent the vehicle to the Chongwen Street store, the service center of the zero-running car, for repair. at that time, the 4S store replaced the front stabilizer connecting rod for free, but it was driven back less than a week and broke again, and then it was broken in less than two months. The same problem occurred four times, and Mr. Cheng's car also replaced the front stabilizer connecting rod four times.

In response to this, the manager of Chongwen Street, a zero-running car relocation service center, said that they determined that the problem lay in which batch of front stabilizer rod connecting rod parts, and had reported the situation to the manufacturer, and the rest of the previous batch of parts had also been returned to the manufacturer. From the current point of view, with the exception of Mr. Cheng, other car owners reported that the fracture of the connecting rod of the front stabilizer rod is "rare".
