It is understood that the Hyper GT is the first production car of Guangzhou Automobile Eian AEP3.0 platform and Xingling Electronics and Electrical Architecture, which is built with a new design style and is equipped with rare functions such as rotor doors and electric tail wings. With reference to its model positioning and pre-price, Hyper GT's potential competitors include BYD Han EV, Xiaopeng P7 and Tesla Model 3 pure electric cars.

As the first model of the new pure electric platform, Hyper GT adopts a new design style. the new car adopts the common closed front design of pure electric vehicles, and the center of the front is the latest brand LOGO of GAC Ean. The blade grille under the front bar can be closed during Nissan driving to reduce vehicle resistance, and it can also be opened automatically at high speed to physically cool the motor and battery. In addition, the shape of the headlight group adopts a special-shaped design, the lamp group gradually narrows from the outside to the inside, and the internal LED daytime driving light belt adopts the "arrow feather" style, which echoes with the new brand LOGO.

On the side of the body, the new car is designed in a slippery-back style, with a waistline running through the rear and a hidden door handle with a relatively flat door, making the overall shape of the new car look neat. At the same time, the car also uses a rare rotor door design of the same level, equipped with radar sensing system and 360-degree environmental perception, and the opening angle can be adjusted in time when encountering obstacles. In the rear part of the car, the taillight group of Hyper GT is long and narrow, with the Eian letter logo in the middle, and the lower rear enclosure is also equipped with an air spoiler, which further enriches the hierarchical sense of the rear. At the same time, the new car also has a tail wing with a three-stage lifting structure, which immediately feels like a sports car. In terms of size, the length, width and height of the new car are 4886/1885/1449mm, the wheelbase is 2920mm, and the positioning is medium and large pure electric cars.

In the interior part, Hyper GT adopts a minimalist design style and follows the current design trend of new energy vehicles in the cockpit layout, which is equipped with a suspended central control large screen and a small full liquid crystal instrument, as well as a three-spoke multi-function steering wheel and arms. At the same time, the car cancels all physical buttons and cooperates with three sets of through-type air conditioning outlets, making the overall design of the new car more futuristic.

In terms of power, the new car is based on the AEP3.0 platform and Xingling Electronics and Electrical Architecture. The rear-drive single-motor version has a maximum output power of 340hp (250kW), a maximum torque of 434Nm, and a 0-100km/h acceleration of 4.9s, surpassing Tesla Model 3 single-motor version. In addition, Hyper GT also supports 480kW ultra-fast charging and power exchange functions.

According to the data, Ian is a new energy vehicle brand under GAC GROUP, which was established in July 2017. In November 2020, Guangzhou Automobile Ean announced its independence and changed its name from GAC NE Automobile Co., Ltd. to Guangzhou Automobile Ean New Energy vehicle Co., Ltd. In September 2022, GAC held a press conference on the Eian brand in Guangzhou. The brand new LOGO was officially announced and launched, as well as a new high-end brand-Hopin Hyper. The first super car named Hyper SSR,0-100km/h has an acceleration time of only 1.9 seconds and a pre-price range of 128.6-1.686 million. Delivery will officially begin in October 2023.

In November 2022, Haopin Hyper GT made its debut. The new car is the first mass production delivery model of GAC Eian AEP3.0 platform and Xingling Electronic Architecture. It can be said that Egan's existing trump card technology will be applied on Hyper GT for the first time. At the press conference, Xiao Yong, deputy general manager of GAC Ean, said bluntly: Tesla Model 3 has not made great changes and progress, while Hyper GT has surpassed Model 3 in terms of products, performance, appearance, workmanship, and even luxury.

In other words, GAC Ean is divided into two brands, one is Eian brand, the other is Haopin brand, their relationship is similar to Toyota-Lexus, the future EIA brand is cost-effective and popular, while Haopin brand will position high-end smart electric vehicles. According to Xiao Yong, in fact, Hyper Hao Platinum was an inadvertent work. At the beginning of the planning, Ian did not make up its mind to operate it as an independent brand, but when its first product, Hyper SSR, was unveiled on brand night last year, the market response was so good that it decided to turn Hyper into a high-end brand under Ian.

GAC Ean will directly target Tesla Model 3, the competitor of Haopin Hyper GT. Earlier, Tesla's Logo was placed directly in the official warm-up poster, declaring: "more expensive than Ta, but you will choose me." At present, the price of Tesla Model 3 rear wheel drive model is 229900 yuan, the high-performance version is 329900 yuan, while the pre-price of Eian Hyper GT is 21.99-339900 yuan, the final price may be further explored.

As a large and medium-sized electric coupe, what do you think of the pre-sale price of Haopin Hyper GT?
