At the 2023 Shanghai Auto Show, the new generation of BMW X1 unveiled and announced the price, the new car launched four models, the price range is 28.89-349900 yuan. As a replacement model, the new BMW X1 adjusts its appearance and interior design, providing 1.5T and 2.0T power for consumers to choose from.

In terms of appearance, the new BMW X1 is different from the newly replaced BMW 7-Series and the mid-term modified BMW 3-Series. Its front face still uses the well-known double-kidney grille design, but the size is further enlarged, with chrome strips, the overall outline becomes sharper. In addition, the new generation of BMW X1 does not use split headlamps, the double "7" structure has a good recognition after lighting, and the heat dissipation and ventilation openings in the front surround the middle with fangs-style decoration on both sides, which further strengthens the visual impact of the front. It is worth mentioning that the new BMW X1 offers an M sports suit for this class for the first time, with a more radical polygonal black grille and black trim embellished with M aerodynamic components, and the rear enclosure is also decorated with highlighted black stripes.

On the side of the body, the new BMW X1 is similar to the previous model, but the line of the window frame at the C-column position has been adjusted to increase the visual area of the rear triangular window, while the addition of large-size rims has significantly enhanced the advanced sense of the whole vehicle. In the rear part, the new car uses a more recognizable L-shaped LED taillight group, which is surrounded by black panels to further enhance the sense of movement, and the new style rear bumper also gives the new car a good visual feel. In terms of size, the wheelbase of the new BMW X1 is extended again, the length, width and height are 4616/1845/1641mm, the wheelbase 2802mm, and the currently sold BMW X1 wheelbase has lengthened 22mm, and the performance of the rear space is expected to improve to some extent.

In terms of interior decoration, the new BMW X1 uses the latest design language of the BMW family, a dual screen design with a 10.25inch full LCD dashboard and a 10.7in central multimedia display, and a built-in BMW's latest iDrive 8 system. Under the center console, there is a huge wireless charging panel for mobile phones, two cup holders, and equipped with a lever-type electronic shift mechanism. The maximum power of 2.0T engine is 150kW and the peak torque is 300N ·m. The transmission part matches the 7-speed double clutch gearbox, and some models are equipped with four-wheel drive system.

In addition to the BMW X1, the BMW iX3 is also unveiled, which is the second domestic pure electric SUV launched after the BMW iX3, and it is also BMW's most entry-level pure electric SUV. In terms of appearance, the BMW iX1 is basically consistent with the fuel version, and although its forward gas grille continues the style of the fuel version, it looks like a BMW iX.

In terms of power, the BMW iX1 uses a dual-motor powertrain with a combined maximum power of 313hp and a maximum torque of 493Nm. With a four-wheel drive system, its 0-100km/h acceleration time is only 5.7s. At the same time, the new car is equipped with a 64.7kWh battery pack, which can provide a range of about 410km to 435km depending on the operating conditions. In addition, the new car is equipped with 130kW's fast charging system, which can be charged from 10% to 80% in half an hour.

Data show that the BMW X1 is a compact SUV under BMW, which was officially unveiled at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show and officially introduced to the domestic market in March 2012. On March 3, 2012, the BMW X1 was officially listed in China, with a price range of 28.2-498000 yuan. Compared with imported models, the domestic BMW X1 is the same in appearance and interior design. If you don't look at the "brilliance BMW" logo at the tail, it is almost impossible to judge its domestic identity. In terms of size, there is no change in the domestic X1, with 4454/1798/1545mm in length, width and height and 2760mm in wheelbase.

At the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show, BMW unveiled a new generation of X1, which is based on the UKL front-drive platform and has changed dramatically with the current rear-drive platform. On May 20, 2016, the new domestic BMW X1 officially launched a total of six models with three kinds of power, with a price range of 28.60 yuan to 439000 yuan. Compared with the overseas version, the biggest difference of the domestic new X1 lies in the increase of the body size, the length, width and height of the new car is 4565/1821/1624mm, while the wheelbase 2780mm, compared with the overseas version of the standard wheelbase version of the longer 110mm, compared with the old X1 increases the 20mm.

On June 1st, 2022, BMW officially released the official diagram of the new BMW X1/iX1 model, which is based on the FAAR platform architecture. Retail data show that brilliance sold 654000 vehicles in 2022, up 0.4% from a year earlier, with the highest sales of the BMW 5-Series with 154000 vehicles, followed by the BMW 3-Series with 150400 vehicles and the BMW X1 with 83100 vehicles.
