Zhejiang Haoqing Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. recalled 1794 2023 XC60 cars produced from June 7 to March 10 in 2023, 51 XC40 vehicles in 2023 from December 22 to March 9 in 2023, and 3 C40 cars in 2023 from January 12 to March 8 in 2023.

The reason for this recall is that part of the vehicles within the recall scope due to remote information processing and Internet antenna module software defects, when the vehicle emergency rescue system failure, the vehicle driver information module can not prompt normally. In extreme cases, vehicles can not contact the emergency center, affecting emergency rescue, there are security risks. In view of the above defects, Daqing Volvo Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Haoqing Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. will upgrade remote information processing and Internet antenna module software for vehicles within the scope of recall free of charge through authorized dealers of Volvo cars. to eliminate security risks.

If loose, check whether the bracket of the decorative strip is damaged, if the bracket is intact, reinstall the bracket; if the bracket is damaged, replace the corresponding triangular window of the back door free of charge to eliminate safety risks.
