In April, there were 812 models involved in valid complaint information, and 173 models with complaints of more than double digits (inclusive).
According to the "TOP 30 List of April 2023 Model Complaints", the number of complaints of most models in the list has increased sharply compared with the previous month, among which BYD Dolphin model has the highest increase, from 2 complaints in March to 354 complaints in April, an increase of 352 compared with March. Meanwhile, Dolphin model is also the model with the highest number of complaints in "TOP 30 List of April 2023 Model Complaints".
From the complaint reasons, BYD dolphin was complained because of "price changes, disguised charges", in other words, dolphin complaints are not the vehicle itself has quality problems.

GAC Toyota Camry and Dongfeng Nissan Teana also have the same complaint problems.
In addition to the above models, Changan CS55 PLUS, Changan UNI-K intelligent electric iDD, Changan UNI-K, Changan UNI-T four models also appeared in the list, complaints include "system upgrade problems","navigation problems","transmission failure","suspected reduction", of which Changan CS55 PLUS and Changan UNI-K intelligent electric iDD were complained to the top ten of the list, the two problems mainly concentrated on system upgrade problems. The 2022 second generation 1.5T DCT pilot owner complained: "The car Gaode map navigation has not been updated, and the car has advertisements!" The focus is on upgrading the car navigation. Looking at the whole list, in the "TOP 30 list of vehicle complaints in April 2023", the proportion of complaints from independent brands is significantly higher than that of joint venture brands. According to the data, the number of complaints from independent brands in April was 5955, up 18.4% month-on-month, accounting for 50.6% of the total complaints, exceeding the joint venture brand again in 16 months. In contrast, the number and proportion of complaints from joint venture brands have declined.
In addition, from the perspective of the country of automobile brands, in addition to American, German and European brands this month, the number of complaints from other countries increased month-on-month, among which the number of complaints from French brands was 343, up 1.4 times month-on-month, becoming the country brand with the largest increase in complaints in April.
