First of all, the new power car companies are the most concerned. At present, the new power enterprises listed include NIO, Xiaopeng, ideal and Zero run, among which the specific salary of managers has not been announced. The carding of "Automotive Industry concern" found that the top three management companies with the highest total salary were ideal cars and zero-running cars respectively.

As chairman of ideal Automobile, Li Xiang's salary is not high, with an annual salary of only 1.705 million yuan, which is much lower than the other two executives, Shen Yanan and Li Tie, who earn 20.874 million yuan and 100 million yuan respectively. Among them, CFO Li tie's salary includes salary and allowance of 2.729 million yuan, pension of 131000 yuan, and share-based salary as high as 84.64 million yuan. Shen Yanan resigned as executive director and president of the company in December 2022, with an annual salary of 20.874 million yuan, down from 87.5 million yuan in 2021.

Although the losses of zero-running cars are growing, executive salaries have skyrocketed. Geely Group CEO Gui Shengyue and Geely Holdings CEO Li Donghui earn a total salary of 41.88 million yuan, 31.911 million yuan and 26.654 million yuan respectively.

On the whole, there is a big difference in executive salary between car companies.
