Sales of new energy models were 14863 in April, up 284.06% from January to April to 42671 from January to April. Overseas sales were 21814 in April, with cumulative sales of 73789 from January to April. According to the official annual sales target of 1.6 million vehicles announced earlier, the Great Wall brand has achieved 21% of the target.

It is worth noting that all of Great Wall's brands grew for the first time in April. Specifically, the Harvard brand sold 52264 vehicles in April, up 79.45% from a year earlier, compared with 29125 in the same period last year. The Harvard brand is not only the sales pillar of Great Wall, but also the weather vane of its sales trend, accounting for more than half of its overall sales. Great Wall Motor is also very fond of the development of the Harvard brand. on March 27, Great Wall officially named the Harvard brand "Hafron Network", and its new energy vehicle products will use independent sales channels to distinguish them from fuel car products. At the same time, the Harvard brand also announced plans to launch seven Harvard new energy products this year, including EV and PHEV models. With the continuous launch of products under the Harvard brand, the sales volume of its brand will also rise to a certain extent.

This time, the most eye-catching thing about KuaiBao is the sales of Wei brand cars, which finally increased in April. Sales in April were 2375, up 3.58% from 2293 in the same period last year. Although it is the least growing brand under Great Wall, sales of Wei have been on a downward trend. As we all know, Wei Brand, as a high-end brand of Great Wall, has not sold well since its listing.

According to relevant data, sales of Wei brand cars were 1056 in January, down 79.29% from a year earlier, and 1072 in February, a year-on-year drop of 75.81%. Sales in March were 1275, down 73.19% from a year earlier. In view of poor sales, Wei Brand has also made many strategic adjustments. For example, from high-end fuel cars to hardline off-road SUV, to new energy vehicle brands, but still unable to boost their sales. Wei Jianjun, chairman of Great Wall Motor, once said: "Wei Brand bet on my last name, only success can not fail." But at present, the sales of Wei Pai, which has been established for six years, are still not satisfactory.

The Euler brand sold 8901 vehicles in April, up 188.24% from the same period last year, when it sold 3088 vehicles. Previously, the main source of sales of the Euler brand is Euler black cat and white cat two low-cost models, which have won the favor of many female car owners in the market. However, due to cost pressure, Euler stopped production of two models, coupled with the previous good cat model "change core door" incident, so that the performance of the Euler brand in the market continues to shrink. After black and white cats stopped taking orders, Euler launched Lightning Cats and Ballet Cats, but sales of both models were not satisfactory.

In order to change the decline of poor sales, Great Wall Motor has also made adjustments to the Euler brand recently. On March 22nd, Great Wall announced the formal integration of the Euler brand and the salon brand, and the first model of the salon brand, the machine nail dragon, will be displayed in the Euler APP. Fu Xiaokang, vice president of Great Wall Automobile, said: "after the adjustment, Euler and Sharon adopt a dual-brand operation model to further concentrate superior resources, comprehensively improve operational efficiency and coordination, and better cope with the fiercer competition in 2023. We will do a good job in the three battles of globalization, high-end and new energy." In addition, during the Shanghai auto show in April, Euler also launched a new model, 2023 Euler ballet cats, with a total of three equipped models, with a price range of 14.98 yuan to 179800 yuan. It remains to be seen whether the launch of the new model will bring growth to the Euler brand.

Tank brands sold 10916 vehicles in April, up 79.98 per cent from a year earlier. For tank brands, their sales figures have always been eye-catching. At present, tank brand products include tank 300 and tank 500, of which tank 300 is the main sales model of tank brand, accounting for more than 85% of the total sales of tank brand. According to official planning, tank 400, tank 700 and other models will be launched in the future. This time, at the Shanghai auto show in April, the tank 500Hi4-T, owned by the tank brand, was unveiled at the Shanghai auto show and opened for pre-sale at a pre-sale price of 360000 yuan. Great Wall pickup sales in April were 18651, up 41.23% from 6065 in the same period last year. Of this total, Great Wall Artillery sold 12873 vehicles in April, up 26.79 per cent from a year earlier.

According to Great Wall Motor's plan, Great Wall Motor will sell 4 million vehicles worldwide by 2025, 80 per cent of which will be new energy vehicles and 1 million overseas sales. According to relevant data, Great Wall car sales totaled 1.0675 million vehicles in 2022, down 16.66 percent from the same period last year. If Great Wall is to reach global sales of 4 million vehicles by 2025, it will need to triple its sales. However, from the current cumulative sales, there is still a certain distance from the expected growth rate.
