The tank 500 will be launched on March 18, 2022 and will be positioned as a medium and large luxury off-road SUV with a current price of 33.5-395000 yuan.

According to the data, the cumulative sales of Great Wall in 2022 fell 16.66 per cent year-on-year to 1.0675 million vehicles, of which tank brand sales rose 46.45 per cent to 123900 vehicles, making it the only brand to achieve year-on-year growth. Among the subdivided models, new car traffic insurance data show that the cumulative sales of tank 300 in 2022 were 105900, an increase of 37.32% over the same period last year, and the cumulative sales of tank 500 were 18000 since it went on sale in March 2022.

According to the appearance and exposure information of the new car, it is expected that the positioning of the new car will be between Tank 300and Tank 500. it is expected that the starting price of the new car will be around 300000 yuan with reference to the pricing of existing products of the tank brand.
