The owner then said he contacted the Lutes official, who said the vehicle had participated in the Lutes official test drive in Shanghai at the end of March and that the vehicle had only been statically displayed at the official event. As can be seen from the complaint information, the car owner thought that Lutes had deliberately concealed the situation of the vehicle, so the request put forward was to ask the Lutes official to refund the contract signed by both parties, that is, the actual amount paid by the vehicle was 964800 yuan, and the compensation tripled and fined 2894400 yuan, totaling 3859200 yuan.
