It should be noted that the discontinued model only involves the standard shaft 5 series, the long wheelbase 5 series (G38) sold in China will not be affected and will continue to be produced by brilliance BMW Shenyang Dadong factory.

At present, there are four models available in the domestic market, namely, 525i M sports suit, 530i M sports set, 530i fashion M sports set and 540i fashion M sports suit, with a price range of 433900 yuan to 619900 yuan. Among them, the 540i version was discontinued in February this year. This version is the only BMW 5-series model with 3.0L six-cylinder turbocharged engine in the domestic market, with the maximum power 250kW. The new generation of BMW 5-Series (axle code G60, long-axis version G68) made its global debut on May 24, with the debut of the eighth-generation BMW 5-Series. As a replacement, the new car is renovated inside and outside, offering fuel version and plug-in hybrid models, and launching the pure electric version of the BMW i5 (G60 BEV) for the first time. According to the plan, the new car will be launched worldwide in October. After the launch, the new BMW 5-Series Standard Shaft G60 version will replace the current Standard Shaft 5-Series (G30).
