According to Tianyan inspection information, on June 21, Zaifu Automotive chassis system (Beijing) Co., Ltd. was fined 800000 yuan by Beijing Xicheng Customs for failing to pay taxes due to false price declaration of imported goods.

According to the administrative penalty decision of Beijing Xicheng Customs, from January 2022 to April 2022, Zaifu Automobile chassis system (Beijing) Co., Ltd. declared to the Customs the import of goods such as drive axle subframe, non-drive axle subframe, suspension connectors, etc., a total of 49 tickets, and the false declaration of the price of imported goods led to the failure to pay taxes of RMB 1460613.34. In September 2022, Zaifu chassis system (Beijing) Co., Ltd. declared to the customs that a total of 14 tickets were imported for the subframe of the drive axle. The false declaration of the price of imported goods affected the accuracy of customs statistics.

The above acts violate the provisions of Article 86 (3) of the Customs Law of the people's Republic of China, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 15 (1) and (4) of the Customs Administrative punishment of the people's Republic of China, the following administrative penalties were imposed on the parties concerned: 1. The false declaration of imported goods affected the collection of national taxes, totaling 49 votes, resulting in unpaid taxes of RMB 1460613.34 yuan and a fine of RMB 804000 yuan. 2. The false declaration of the price of imported goods affects the accuracy of customs statistics, with a total of 14 votes and a fine of 3000 yuan.

According to Tianyan inspection information, Zaifu Automotive chassis system (Beijing) Co., Ltd. was established in September 2012. the legal representative is Wolfgang Ramprecht, with registered capital and paid-in capital of 8 million euros. It is an enterprise mainly engaged in automobile manufacturing, and its products are the front and rear axle system of Mercedes-Benz cars. The ownership structure chart shows that the company is a wholly-owned enterprise invested by Zaifu (China) Investment Co., Ltd.

So far, Zaifu officials have not responded to the above incident.
