Guarantee the full delivery of wages, pay the due wages in full in accordance with the provisions of the law of the contract, and compensate for the losses and troubles caused by arrears of wages.

As of press time, Aichi official did not respond to the above news. However, as early as April this year, Aichi had been caught in the dilemma of "not being paid". It was previously reported that Aichi had owed employees' wages in March and April this year, and that employees had not yet been paid in May, and that employees had to pay social security at their own expense.

On April 10, the Human Resources Department of Aichi Automobile issued a notice on the delay in the payment of wages in March, saying that the company had to make a decision to delay the payment of wages for three months due to objective reasons. On May 10, Aichi's Human Resources Department issued a notice on the delay in April, saying: "in view of the current financial challenges, the company has to make the decision to delay the payment of wages in April again." On May 18, Aichi even launched a scheme for employees to advance social security and provident fund at their own expense. The latest sales figures show that Aichi sold only 111 vehicles in the first four months of 2023, while sales in May cannot be seen.
