Among them, the SUV family models include EHS9, HS5, HS7, LS7 and so on. The HS5 model is one of the volume models in the SUV family products. Take June sales as an example, the highest sales volume of the Red Flag HS5 was 8172, followed by HS7, with only 822.

Although Red Flag has several major models such as EHS9, HS5, HS7 and LS7 in the SUV family products, Red Flag has been in a state of product vacancy in the field of compact SUV. From the point of view of the new car positioning compact SUV, the new car positioning in the red flag brand internal market positioning is lower than the red flag HS5, the new car listing will fill the gap of the red flag in the fuel compact SUV market, in addition, the starting price of HS3 is 145800 yuan, the car listing will further lower the threshold of the red flag brand and become the SUV model with the lowest brand price.

Considering the positioning and price of the new car, the new car will compete with models such as Tuyue, Xiaoke, Tange and Honda HR-V after its launch. As a reference, retail sales of Xiaoke and Tuyue were 10417 in June and 7455 in Tuyue.
