As an annual revamped model, the 2024 Lingdu L basically continues the design style of the cash model in terms of appearance and styling, and the front face uses a large intake grille to create a sense of impact, with the overall visual effect of the "smiling face" surrounded by the front. The internal design is similar to the mid-term modified Passat Star version of the grille design. In terms of transmission system, it is matched by a 7-type dry double clutch gearbox.

In terms of price, the Lingdu L is almost the more expensive compact car, starting from 129900 yuan for the Honda Civic, 89900 yuan for the Mazda 3 Onksera and 99800 yuan for the Hyundai Elantra. Lingdu L has few competitors in the market at present, and there are different opinions on design, but in the joint venture cars of the same level, there are no frameless doors + hatchback rear doors at the same time. Even in luxury brands, the Mercedes-Benz CLA and the BMW 2-Series have only frameless doors and no hatchback rear doors. Or it is because of this that Lingdu L can get a certain degree of market popularity at a higher price.

The data show that Lingdu L has accumulated sales of 100310 vehicles in 2022 and 58357 vehicles from January to July in 2023, with an average monthly sales level of 8000 vehicles, ranking 17th in the compact car market. As for the 2024 Lingdu L replaced with 1.2T engine, from the netizens' comments that its price is falsely high, but it is not expected to have a greater impact on Lingdu L sales, the launch of 1.2T model is to provide consumers with more car choice.
