The case of Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd. v. "che Qianli" network tort liability dispute was tried by the Intermediate people's Court of Wuhan City, Hubei Province for the second time, and the verdict was as follows: reject the appeal of the technology company and uphold the judgment of first instance.

The Wuhan Intermediate people's Court of Hubei Province ruled that Che Qianli deleted all videos about the "Dongfeng Nissan" series (including text, pictures, videos and user comments) posted on the Douyin platform under the account of "oxcart Lab". And make a public apology to Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd by video or text, and keep the content of the apology for 30 days. And compensate Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd. for economic loss of 5 million yuan and reasonable cost of safeguarding rights of 4000 yuan, totaling 5004000 yuan.

The Wuhan Intermediate people's Court in Hubei Province held that Che Qianli vilified Dongfeng's commercial reputation or commodity reputation in response to obviously derogatory words in a series of videos released by Dongfeng Nissan, as well as unverified negative information.
