There was no official response to Ji's return, but in the report, Xiaopeng's employees told the media: the news is true, and Ji returned the second week after Wu Xinzhou, the auto driver of Xiaopeng, announced his departure. According to the latest financial data released by Xiaopeng Motor, total revenue in the second quarter was 5.06 billion yuan, down 31.9% from a year earlier. Of this total, the revenue from automobile sales was 4.42 billion yuan, down 36.2% from the same period last year. The net loss in the second quarter was 2.8 billion yuan, an increase of 3.8% over the same period last year. At a time when outsiders were not optimistic, Xiaopeng Automobile official announced on July 26 to cooperate with Volkswagen to launch two models for the Chinese market. The new car will be jointly developed based on Xiaopeng G9's electric vehicle platform and software. Xiaopeng is responsible for the vehicle platform as well as intelligent cockpit and intelligent driving system, while Volkswagen provides the world's leading engineering and supply chain capabilities. Two days ago, Xiaopeng announced that it was hand in hand with Didi that the two sides would build a "150000 yuan" popular car in the future.
