FAW Red Flag, with rising sales, has launched new models for the two cars currently on sale. The new Red Flag H7 and the new Red Flag H5 are officially on the market, with a price range of 25.28-317800 yuan for the H7 and 14.98-195800 yuan for the H5, officials said. The new model has not changed much, the configuration has been adjusted, and the engine has been upgraded to meet the sixth national emission standards.

In terms of appearance, the two cars continue the classic shape of Red Flag, dense straight waterfall grille, classic logo of Red Flag car, and so on. Configuration changes, the new Red Flag H7 in addition to the entry version of the model to add a card key, top equipped with a separate idle start and stop system; the flagship version of the original full-speed adaptive cruise is reduced to an ordinary constant-speed cruise.

The new Red Flag H5 adds a smart version of the model, which costs 154800 yuan.

In terms of power, the new Hongqi H7 is equipped with a 1.8T/2.0T turbocharged engine and a 3.0L naturally aspirated engine that can meet the sixth national emission standards, with a maximum power of 188,204hp and 231hp, respectively. In the part of the transmission line, only the top model has been changed to a 7-speed double-clutch gearbox, and the rest of the models continue to be equipped with a 6-speed automatic transmission. The new H5 is equipped with a 1.8T engine that can meet the sixth national emission, with a maximum power of 178 horsepower, and a drop in power parameters, as well as a six-speed automatic transmission.

In the FAW Red Flag official data, Red Flag brand sales achieved good results. Red Flag sales hit a record high in March, with retail sales of 5300 units, up 783% from a year earlier, while overall sales reached 13300 units in the first quarter, an increase of more than 780% over the same period last year.

In terms of new cars, Red Flag plans to launch three SUV models, HS5, HS7 and E-HS3, this year.
