Another worker said that compared with last year, the basic income of workers has not changed, there is no arrears, but less overtime pay; the number of people who leave accounts for about 20% of the total, mainly interns and labor dispatch workers, formal contract workers leave very few.

At the same time, some suppliers revealed that they had not received any orders from Qoros this year. TI Automotive, a supplier of fuel tanks to Qoros, also suspended production and had a holiday.

In response to the news of "production suspension and layoffs", Guanzhi Automobile said on April 30: the review of the Changshu plant is being carried out in an orderly manner, and there are no layoffs.

Quan Chi car sales reached 15000 in 2017 and increased to 63000 in 2018 through Baoneng's affiliated companies, when it was reported that Guanzhi factory employees often worked overtime. Entering 2019, there is no doubt that the actual low sales of Qoros are on the spot. according to the data of the Federation of passengers, only more than 800 cars were sold in the first quarter of this year.

Quan Zhi Automobile also said that the current management has introduced lean management over the years, multi-company production and other links to consolidate, optimize and improve.
