In terms of appearance, the overall shape of the shortcut traveler adopts a tough and retro design style, similar to Ford's Bronco and Tank 300. the interior of the forward air grille is equipped with 6 black square raised structures with "JETOUR" English LOGO. At the same time, the LED headlamp group forms a square retro shape, while the headlamp as a whole is built into a lantern shape, which is combined with Chinese traditional culture. The bottom bumper is painted in black and the center is equipped with double trailer hooks to increase practicality and highlight hard style. In addition, the front enclosure of the new car is equipped with a wide protective plate, which shows the wildness of the vehicle.

On the side of the body, the shortcut traveler continues most of the exterior design elements of the shortcut Tmurx concept car, and the square styling with the protruding wheel arch accords with the aura of the hard SUV. In the rear part, the new car also adopts a tough design style, which is similar to that of the Land Rover Guardian, while the external spare tire design is adopted, and the rear surround part uses a very strong design, which can form a good echo with the front encirclement design. For shortcuts, it is unclear whether they can get attention in the hard-line off-road market. In recent years, Jetta has failed to meet its sales target, with a sales target of 300000 in 2023 and only 160000 as of August, a long way off.

At present, Jetta has basically completed the two-way layout of fuel and new energy, its Jetta X70 series and Jetta X90 series have entered China's mainstream SUV market, and the follow-up SUV series, including Jetta X, cross-border cars including hard off-road, hard pickup trucks and MPV models, as well as synchronous hybrid and living space models are all under planning.
