AutoBeta(AutoBeta.net)05/02 Report--
Nowadays, many countries are required to reduce carbon emissions in the general environment, and environmental protection has become the main topic. Europe requires automakers to emit less than 95 grams per kilometer of carbon dioxide per car by 2021; the United States requires automakers to increase fuel range from 27 miles per gallon to 54.5 miles per gallon. China requires automakers to reduce the fuel consumption of their new cars from 100 kilometers to 5L after 2020.
Among the new forces of travel, the loudest voice is the pure electric new energy model, and there are a lot of new car-building forces in China, all of which exaggerate the level of new energy technology with different data and technology. As a result, the internal combustion engine models with a hundred years of history have been labeled as polluting and backward in technology, and have become the critics.
But the reality is that the penetration rate of western energy models in the domestic market has not reached 10%, coupled with the frequent accidents of recent electric models, the poor safety factor has deterred many people.
In terms of internal combustion engine technology, many manufacturers meet the emission requirements by means of small displacement, fewer cylinders, turbocharging and in-cylinder direct injection. New models occupy 50% of the market through the above methods. Why is the combination of fewer cylinders and turbocharging popular with automakers? From the design point of view, the displacement of the single cylinder of the common turbocharged model is proportional to the number of lower cylinders with the same displacement of about 300ml-500ml, so the 3 or 4 cylinders with small displacement have become the first choice for manufacturers. On the other hand, the valve components, spark plugs, flywheels and other components used in the low-emission vehicle are relatively less, the friction and compliance are reduced and the fuel economy is improved, the exhaust gas emission is reduced and the power output is ensured.
On the other hand, the scheme of motor equipped with internal combustion engine is also another best choice for manufacturers. The scheme of installing motor units on vehicles can reduce engine emissions, and the current hybrid power is divided into strong hybrid and weak hybrid, while the power source is divided into plug-in hybrid ordinary hybrid, which means that the motor can be involved in driving the vehicle for a short distance. When the power supply is insufficient, the engine can intervene and move forward to recover the power generation, while the weak mixing is assisted by the motor in the start-up stage or start-up stage, variable speed, or start-up stage.
The plug-in charging requires external power to charge, while the ordinary hybrid system requires the engine to charge when the power supply is low. The author thinks that it is inappropriate to judge whether the vehicle belongs to new energy vehicles simply by charging. I think it is correct to judge by its comprehensive fuel consumption, operating conditions and other ways.
In the future development, internal combustion engine models will continue to be the protagonist for a long time, and consumers are more willing to see truly low energy consumption, environmentally friendly and practical products. Instead of high-tech looking for trailers without electricity.
