At present, FAW Group is promoting the ALL in new energy strategy, and FAW Liberation is also accelerating the transformation of new energy. Hu Hanjie said earlier that in the future, the market share of new energy will be higher than that of traditional cars, and the proportion of new energy sales will be higher than that of the whole industry, and new energy will become the main growth pole for the development of FAW's liberation cause. It is estimated that by 2025, sales of 120000 new energy vehicles will account for 20% of the total sales, with revenue reaching 50 billion yuan.

The latest data show that FAW Jiefang sold 186600 vehicles from January to September 2023, an increase of 38.70% over the same period last year. After this adjustment, in the context of the new era, it remains to be verified whether the two industry veterans can lead FAW to liberate and complete the transformation of the new energy route.
