The positioning medium-sized electric car is basically equivalent to BYD Han EV. For reference, BYD Han EV length, width and height are 4995/1910/1495mm respectively, and wheelbase is 2920 mm. At the rear of the car, the shape of the new car is square, the tail is equipped with through-type LED tail lamp group design and blackened treatment, the middle is inlaid with brand LOGO identification, the bottom is surrounded by simplicity, and the black surrounds the upper part with through-type red light belt, which makes the rear of the car very layered. The rear of the new car bears the words "FAW-Volkswagen,""ID.7" and " VIZZION."

Interior part, the new car also adopts Volkswagen ID. According to the positioning and selling price of the new car, as a positioning pure electric medium-sized car, the new car will compete with popular models such as BYD Han EV (price range: 2098 - 331,800 yuan), Tesla Model 3 (price range: 2614 - 297,400 yuan) and Xiaopeng P7i (price range: 2099 - 339,900 yuan). It should be noted that the competition in the pure electric mid-size car market is very fierce at present. According to the official website, FAW-Volkswagen is currently selling pure electric models including ID.4CROZZ and ID.6CROZZ, which are sister models with ID.4X and ID.6X. Data show that from January to October this year, ID.4CROZZ, ID.6CROZZ cumulative sales of 28,100 and 9896 vehicles respectively.
