According to the latest prospectus, the operating income of polar krypton reached 35.315 billion yuan in the first three quarters of 2023, an increase of 91.22% over the same period last year.

Of this total, vehicle sales revenue was 23.319 billion yuan, up 115.52 percent over the same period last year, and R & D investment was 5.207 billion yuan, up 49.84 percent over the same period last year. It is understood that since the establishment of polar krypton, as of September 30, 2023, the cumulative R & D investment has reached 13.813 billion yuan.

It is worth mentioning that thanks to the growth in sales, the gross profit margin of polar krypton reached 14.80% in the first three quarters, up 2.5% from 12.3% in the first half. This is quite eye-catching for a new power car company that has been established for less than three years. Polar Krypton publicly filed its IPO (initial public offering) prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Nov. 10. Polar Krypton plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "ZK", according to the prospectus. It also means that if IPO succeeds, Polar Krypton will be the fastest automotive technology company to go public in less than three years. At the same time, polar krypton will also become the fourth new energy car company to be listed in the United States after Wei Xiaoli. As a reference, Wei Xiaoli took 4 years, 7 years and 5 years from its founding to listing, while Tesla took 7 years.

According to the prospectus, from 2020 to 2022, the revenue of Polar Krypton was 3.185 billion yuan, 6.528 billion yuan and 31.899 billion yuan respectively, and the net profit was 104 million yuan,-4.514 billion yuan and-7.655 billion yuan respectively.

Polar Krypton announced the pre-sale price of 224900 at the 2023 Guangzhou Auto Show and announced that it will be delivered in January next year. According to the annual sales target of 140000 vehicles, the annual sales target rate of polar krypton cars in the first 10 months of this year is 65.79%, but judging from the current sales situation, it is not easy for polar krypton cars to achieve the target of delivering 140000 vehicles.
