The brand sales of new energy vehicles in the latest week from November 27 to December 3 are released. Judging from the ranking of the list, the top three car companies in weekly sales are BYD, Tesla and Wuling respectively. Among them, BYD continued to top the list with weekly sales of 56200 vehicles, while Tesla and Wuling sold 17600 and 12300 vehicles respectively.

Compared with the previous week (November 20 to November 26), Tesla's sales increased from 16700 to 17600, while Wuling also increased from 11400 to 12300. Both of them surpass ideal cars in the new week, and the reason why Wuling's sales are growing so fast is related to the popularity of Wuling colorful fruits. According to the data, SAIC GM Wuling announced that it sold 59400 new energy vehicles in November, an increase of 66% from the previous month. Among them, Wuling colorful fruit sales were 34600, up 19% from the previous month, accounting for 58.2% of the total sales, surpassing Wuling Hongguang MINEV series sales (23500).

In terms of other brands, ideal cars and Ian entered the top five, of which Ian ranked fifth with 8100 vehicles. Volkswagen, Changan Automobile, Mengjie, Xiaopeng Automobile and Zero Automobile also made the top 10, while Weilai Automobile was the only car company in the "Wei Xiaoli" camp to fail in the top 10.

In terms of the new power brand sales list, ideal car, Mengjie and Xiaopeng Motor respectively ranked in the top three. Among them, the ideal car leads the new force with weekly sales of 9600 vehicles, of which the highest selling model is the ideal L7, which is 4000, and the ideal L9 and ideal L8 are both 2800. The weekly sales of Mengjie and Xiaopeng are 5600 and 4800 respectively.

In terms of luxury brand sales, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi and Tesla all sold more than 10,000 vehicles, 22200, 18200, 18100 and 17600 respectively, while ideal car ranked fifth on the list and was the highest-ranked Chinese brand on the list. Overall, in the luxury car market of more than 300000 yuan, including traditional fuel vehicles and new energy vehicles, ideal cars have been firmly in the top five and are getting closer and closer to BBA. Different from the Weilai cars of the same camp, although the products sold by Weilai are also priced at more than 300000 yuan, the three models currently on sale of ideal cars are all popular styles.

The latest data show that by the end of November, ideal cars delivered a total of 325677 vehicles in the first 11 months of this year, an increase of 190.75% over the same period last year, which means that ideal cars have taken the lead in achieving the annual sales target of 300000 vehicles. In response, ideal said: "We will continue to challenge the target of delivering 50,000 vehicles in December, with adequate preparations for capacity-building, including sales, supply, manufacturing, delivery and so on." Ideal car CEO Li Xiang also said: "December challenges 50, 000 deliveries! ideal L7 challenges 20, 000 deliveries." According to the plan, ideal MEGA, the fourth model of ideal Motors, will begin mass production in February next year. The new car has been unveiled at the Guangzhou Auto Show and booked at the same time, and the price will be less than 600000 yuan. In other words, the MEGA model will hit the market of more than 500000 yuan.

As the last month of 2023, after entering December, car companies, including BYD, Zero and Polar Krypton, have all launched time-limited preferential measures to varying degrees. As for the reason for introducing the discount, it is undoubtedly in order to achieve the annual sales target by the end of the year. Under the price shock, it remains to be seen whether car companies can achieve their annual sales targets at that time.
