The biggest change of the new car is the cancellation of the split headlight group design of the old model, replaced by the L-shaped integrated headlight group layout similar to the new generation CT6 and the new XT4, with a higher overall recognition. In addition, the new car also uses a brand new front surround to further enhance the sports style of the new car.

The side and rear parts of the body are basically the same as the old model, but the new car optimizes the details. The visual effect of the side of the car body is very slender, with the length, width and height of 4930/1883/1453mm and the wheelbase of 2947mm respectively. In the interior part, the new car is replaced with the latest design style of the GM family, the car is covered with a large area of leather, and four kinds of interior colors are provided, among which the deluxe type is "night", the deluxe Pro is "sandalwood black", the noble type is "sandalwood black / maple syrup", and the platinum type is "sandalwood black / piano keys". The car uses a brand new 33-inch 9K ring screen super-retinal curved screen, the dashboard is connected with the central control screen, and is equipped with Qualcomm 8155 chip, 16-speaker AKG sound system and 126color atmosphere lights, and a three-spoke multi-function sports steering wheel.

In terms of power, the new car continues to be equipped with a 2.0T turbocharged four-cylinder engine code-named LSY, with a maximum power of 237hp, a peak torque of 350Nm, a 10-speed manual transmission and a 0-100km/h acceleration of 7.3 seconds.

At present, Cadillac is selling models including CT4, CT5, CR6, XT4, XT5, XT6, IQ Ruige and GT4. Among them, CT5 is a medium-sized car under Cadillac, which was launched on November 18, 2019. It mainly competes with Audi A4L, BMW 3-Series and Mercedes-Benz C-Class models in the car market.

Retail figures show that Cadillac sold 167077 vehicles in the January-November period and 194841 in 2022. Among the subdivided models, the highest-selling model under Cadillac in the first 11 months of this year was the CT5, accounting for 75356 vehicles, accounting for 45.10% of the total sales, followed by the XT5 and XT6, with 32150 and 18443 respectively.
