The contents of the notice show that between November 2022 and January 2024, Wang and Fang, two employees of ideal Motor, have signed a "confidentiality agreement" and are well aware of their confidentiality obligations. Without permission, they illegally accepted paid interviews by external brokerage institutions, resulting in the disclosure of the company's trade secrets, resulting in serious consequences.

Verified by the ideal car, the above two people seriously violated the relevant requirements of the "ideal Automobile Secret Management system". According to the ideal Automobile employee Manual, the two employees involved have been punished for rescinding their labor contracts, recovering all improper profits, and recovering owned and unowned stock options.

In the announcement, ideal Motor reiterated that it is forbidden to divulge the company's trade secrets in any way by any current employee, former employee, or partner with a duty of confidentiality. If there is any violation, the company will give the relevant responsible person a warning, demerit demerit, rescission of the labor contract and other sanctions in accordance with the law, and demand compensation for all losses. If it constitutes an infringement of trade secrets, intellectual property rights and other criminal offences, our company will be transferred to the public security organs and relevant departments for handling in accordance with the law! At the same time, ideal car reserves the right to pursue legal liability to relevant securities firms and investment institutions.

Ideal Automobile was founded in July 2015, headquartered in Beijing, formerly known as "car and Home". In March 2019, "car and Home" changed its name to "ideal car", and then obtained the production qualification through the acquisition of Lifan passenger cars. The self-built factory is located in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, with an annual production capacity of 100000 vehicles. Among them, Beijing che Hejia Information Technology Co., Ltd. was established in April 2015, with a registered capital of about 280 million yuan. It is a company mainly engaged in software and information technology services, and the company is 95.1% owned by Li Xiang. Tianyan check information shows that the status of three enterprises, namely, che Hejia (Ledong) Energy Service Co., Ltd., che Hejia (Qionghai) Energy Service Co., Ltd., and che Hejia (Baoting) Energy Service Co., Ltd., have been changed from existence to cancellation. Guo Zhongfu is the legal representative, with a registered capital of 1 million yuan, all of which are wholly owned by ideal Automobile's Beijing Automobile and Home Energy Service Co., Ltd.

In addition, Yibin che Hejia Energy Service Co., Ltd., Qiandongnan che Hejia Energy Service Co., Ltd., che Hejia (Lai'an) Energy Development Co., Ltd., che Hejia (Tianchang) Energy Development Co., Ltd. have also added simple cancellation announcements one after another.

Up to now, ideal car models on sale include ideal L9 with 40-500000 yuan, ideal L8 with 30-400000 yuan and ideal L7 with ideal L7. All three models are hot-selling products. Data show that a total of 376030 ideal cars were delivered in 2023, an increase of 182.21% over the same period last year, making it the number one car company in new power sales. Among the subdivided models, the sales of ideal L7, ideal L8 and ideal L9 in 2023 are 134100, 118000 and 114400 respectively.

According to the plan, ideal will launch four extended-range models and four pure electric models, and officials say this year will be an unprecedented year for ideal cars, with eight highly competitive product portfolios to meet the needs of home users. Among them, the ideal MEGA model will be delivered on March 1st, which is the fourth model of the ideal car and the first MPV model, and is expected to sell for less than 600000 yuan. The following April will also launch the ideal new SUV-- ideal L6 model, which will have the same appearance and shape as the current ideal car, and will be equipped with lithium iron phosphate batteries produced by Ningde Times, and will be equipped with a 1.5L engine produced by Sichuan ideal Xinchen Technology Co., Ltd., with a maximum power of 113kW.

Data show that in January 2024, ideal delivered 31165 new cars, an increase of 105.83% over the same period last year and a month-on-month decline of 38.11%. For comparison, the company delivered 32973 new cars, an increase of 636.83% over the same period last year and 34.76% month-on-month growth, becoming the monthly sales champion of new power brands in the Chinese market for the first time. In other words, the sales status of ideal cars has been taken away.

As for this year's delivery target, ideal Automobile officials reiterated: "this year will challenge the annual delivery of 800000 vehicles to achieve the goal of top sales of luxury car brands in the Chinese market." It should be noted that after entering 2024, ideal cars also face strong competitors. As a reference, the sales target for 2024 is 600000 vehicles.
