In addition, the new car also uses a sliding door design to enhance the sense of lighting in the car, and a hollowed-out design is adopted in the A porthole position, equipped with semi-closed wheels, the bulge at the wheel eyebrow increases the sense of mass, and the overall sense of field of view is extremely powerful. In the rear part, the new car adopts the vertical arrangement of taillight group design, the interior is a parametric pixel style full LED light source, the degree of recognition is very high, and the exhaust pipe adopts hidden layout. In terms of size, as a reference, the length, width and height of the modern Staria fuel version are 5253/1997/1990mm and the wheelbase is 3273mm, all of which exceed the mainstream joint venture brands such as Buick GL8 ES Lu Zun and Toyota Sena on sale in China.

In the interior part, the new car is equipped with suspended LCD dashboard and 10.25-inch central control screen, supporting L2 active safety, automatic air conditioning, seat heating and other functions, the side sliding door also has a slow opening mode, and the shift mechanism is designed with a button to enhance the sense of space in the car. In terms of seat layout, the new car adopts a four-row layout of 2'2'3 and 2'2'3'2, the latter is a commercial version, and the seats are mechanically adjusted.

In terms of power, the new car retains 3.5L V6 engine and 2.2L diesel engine. The new hybrid system is equipped with a combination of 1.6T engine and motor, with maximum engine power of 178 horsepower and peak torque of 265 Nm; maximum motor power of 72 horsepower, peak torque of 304 Nm; system comprehensive maximum power of 242 horsepower, peak torque of 367 Nm The transmission system matches the 6-speed automatic transmission, and the fuel consumption is 7.7L/100km.

The large MPV in Hyundai STARIA positioning was first exposed in 2021, when Hyundai released two models in succession, including the STARIA, the MPV model, which also sparked controversy over its appearance and styling, and many netizens said that the car design was extremely "self-released". Hyundai STARIA can be regarded as a replacement model of Starex, that is, it was introduced into domestic models through pure import as "Hyundai Hmuri 1 Huiyi", with a price range of 211800-249800 yuan. As the Starex has not been replaced for many years, the Hmuri 1 wing has gradually faded out of the public's sight.

It is understood that the new Hyundai STARIA hybrid version has been ordered in the South Korean market, with the Cargo version starting at 34.33 million won (about 185000 yuan) and the Tourer version starting at 36.53 million won (about 197000 yuan).

In the domestic market, Beijing Hyundai has launched Cousteau models. If Hyundai Staria can be listed in China or will be introduced through import channels, it is bound to fight with Buick GL8 and Teng Teng D9 models after entering the domestic market. However, as of press time, the official has not yet announced whether the car will be imported for domestic sale, and whether it will enter the Chinese market in the future remains to be officially verified.
