AutoBeta(AutoBeta.net)05/06 Report--
The list of car complaints came out in April! According to the statistics of the car quality website, 7017 valid complaints were received from car owners in April, down 17.3% from the previous month and up 18.3% from a year earlier. In terms of brands, complaints from independent brands accounted for 44%, and complaints from joint venture brands accounted for 54%. Among them, American brands account for 17%, German brands account for 12%, and Japanese brands account for 10%.
The top three vehicle complaints in April were Dongfeng logo 408, FAW-Volkswagen Bora and SAIC-Volkswagen Lang Yi.
Dongfeng Peugeot 408 is already a regular and has recently topped the complaint list, with 160 complaints in February, 384 in March and 317 complaints in April, far higher than the number of complaints in second place. With a small number of brands and small sales, what on earth has such a large number of complaints? The typical problems complained about by the majority of car owners are: tire cracking, abnormal noise of shock absorber, blockage of oil pump and so on. It is understood that the number of complaints about 408 tires is the most serious, and many users find that cracks appear on the side of the tires, affecting the use and driving safety, and complain to 4S stores and manufacturers for claims.
In April, Volkswagen and Audi occupied the complaint list side by side, accounting for half of the top 10 complaint models alone.
Including Bora, Lang Yi, Suiteng, Maiteng and Golf are also in the top 10, mainly related to the core issues of gearbox, engine and car smell. Among them, Lang Yi received the most complaints about car odor and engine oil leakage; the largest number of golf complaints were gearbox setbacks and faulty lights.
The overall number of complaints against Japanese cars has dropped a lot, and the former "complaint king" Dongfeng Honda CR-V is no longer on the list. The people on the list this time are Dongfeng Nissan Xuanyi, the main problem is the abnormal noise of gearbox; the number of complaints about Guangzhou Auto Feido in April was 33, the main problems were the inability to start and the abnormal noise of engine; in addition, the problems of GAC Toyota Leiling include shock absorber oil leakage and abnormal gearbox noise.
There are relatively few independent brand models on the list, but it is worth noting that Lac 01 has been complained by users about "high fuel consumption and insufficient engine power" for a long time, because after the manufacturer upgraded the vehicle system in July and August last year, many car owners reported that the vehicle power weakening, turbine intervention delay, significantly increased fuel consumption, turning stutter and other problems. Lectra has issued a description of the situation and said it will provide users with different styles of software versions to enhance the dynamic response of the vehicle.
The car complaint list is ranked according to the complaint problems of car owners, so the more likely the models with more sales and large ownership will be on the list, and the more cases will be complained about. Therefore, the models on the list can not show that their quality is lacking compared with other models, and the significance is that the model complained about in the ranking may have more frequent problems for this model. As car owners or consumers who want to sell cars have a certain reference value.
