It is understood that Wang Shuou was born in February 1956 in Shucheng, Anhui Province. he was a member of the standing Committee of the discipline Inspection Commission of Dongfeng Company, Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the discipline Inspection Commission, and Chairman of the Trade Union of Shenlong Automobile Co., Ltd., and retired in February 2016. Wang Shuou was removed from the party in December 2015 for serious violations of discipline and was expelled from the party in August 2016. According to the heavenly eye investigation, Wang Shuou currently serves as the legal person of the Audit Institute of Dongfeng Motor Company (Group), but the status of the company is withdrawn.

This is the second time in a week that the management of DPCA has been investigated. According to the Disciplinary Commission of Dongfeng Company and the Supervisory Commission of Xianning City, Hubei Province, on April 12, Pan Jiannian, supervisor of Dongfeng Company China Dongfeng Automobile Industry Import and Export Co., Ltd., is suspected of serious violation of discipline and the law, and is currently under disciplinary examination and supervision investigation by the discipline Inspection Commission of Dongfeng Company and the Xianan District Supervisory Committee of Xianning City, Hubei Province.

It is understood that Pan Jiannian is the "old man" of Dongfeng Motors. He joined Dongfeng Motor in 1987 and successively served as the manager of the accounting branch of the Finance Department of DPCA, the minister of service spare parts of Dongfeng Citroen Commerce Department, and the minister of Dongfeng Citroen sales Department. In September 2012, he became the general manager of Dongfeng Citroen Brand. After one year in office, he was transferred to Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of DFMC. After being removed from his post in January 2017, he had another appointment.

It is worth mentioning that the relationship between Pan Jiannian and Wang Shuou is still relatively "close." during the tenure of Shenlong Automobile, Pan Jiannian was the secretary of the party committee, while Wang Shuou was the deputy secretary of the party committee. during his tenure, he often went to the factory to investigate and comfort the employees.

Since the beginning of 2024, the anti-corruption efforts of the "auto circle" have been unprecedented, among which many senior executives of Dongfeng Company have been "dismounted". According to incomplete statistics, seven managers of Dongfeng Motor have been investigated this year. Including Li Puming, chief commissioner of Dongfeng Xiangyang Daan Automobile testing Center Co., Ltd., Chen Yafu, former chief professional of Dongfeng Light engine Co., Ltd., Lu Weidong, honorary chairman of Dongfeng Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., Hu Xindong, former executive vice president of Dongfeng Renault Automobile Co., Ltd., Xu Tiansheng, commercial director of Dongfeng Automobile Group Co., Ltd., as well as the above two executives.

Apart from Dongfeng, I am afraid there is no second car company that has demonstrated a continuous high-pressure anti-corruption situation. Of course, this also reflects from the side that the corruption within Dongfeng Company has gone deep into all aspects compared with other automobile groups, and it still needs more in-depth examination and investigation. In addition to Dongfeng Company, in early April, Anjin, former party committee secretary and chairman of Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Holdings Co., Ltd., was suspected of serious violations of discipline and law, and was subject to disciplinary examination and supervision investigation by the Supervisory Commission of the Anhui Provincial Commission for discipline Inspection.
