For vehicles that cannot be recalled through OTA technology, BYD Automobile Co., Ltd. will take the initiative to contact relevant users to upgrade the software for vehicles free of charge to eliminate safety risks.

Seagull is a BYD mini electric car based on BYD e platform 3.0. its positioning is lower than that of dolphins. it is the most entry-level small car on BYD's oceanet. it mainly competes with traditional fuel vehicles such as Honda Fido, Toyota Wechi, Volkswagen Polo and Wuling colorful fruit in the car market.
