The announcement shows that for the vehicles within the scope of this recall, the low-pressure fuel line that supplies fuel to the high-pressure fuel pump may have slight leaks and pose a risk of unreasonable emissions. In response to the above defects, Ford Motor (China) Co., Ltd. will authorize imported vehicle dealers to replace low-pressure fuel lines for vehicles within the recalled scope for free to eliminate the risk of unreasonable emissions.

The Ford Mustang was first launched in 1964 and has gone through seven iterations so far.
