The salary is 13 for the whole year. Five insurances, as well as high-temperature subsidies and other benefits, can even advance wages of 500-800 yuan every week.

Relevant recruiters said that due to the high pressure of production and delivery, workers at Xiaomi Automobile Factory need longer working hours, working 10-11 hours a day, working two shifts, with six days off a week. The jobs are arranged in the assembly workshop, welding workshop, painting workshop, body workshop, battery workshop, fully automated workshop, etc., now the year-end bonus starts at 10,000 yuan, and it is expected to get 10,000 - 30,000 yuan. Due to the urgent recruitment of workers, the recruitment requirements of Xiaomi Automobile Factory have been further relaxed, and no requirements have been put forward for academic qualifications and specific experience.

During the 2024 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Auto Show, Lei Jun, chairman of Xiaomi Group, said at the Future Automobile Pioneers Conference that Xiaomi's automobile factory will start dual production in June, deliver at least 10,000 vehicles that month, and ensure that at least 2024 will be delivered. More than 100,000 vehicles and 120,000 vehicles will be sprinted. Lu Weibing, president of Xiaomi Group, emphasized that the main challenge currently facing Xiaomi Motors is delivery capabilities, rather than order or service network and sales network issues. However, the above adjustments have not effectively shortened the delivery cycle of new cars. The SU7 and SU7 Pro still need to wait for 28 to 31 weeks for delivery, and the most popular SU7 Max needs to wait for 33 to 36 weeks for delivery.

According to a previous report by the Financial Union, the second phase of Xiaomi Automobile project is located in Fangxindian Village and Xiaozhangwan Village in Yizhuang New City, with a planned annual production capacity of 150,000 vehicles. According to the plan, the second phase of Xiaomi Automobile will start construction in 2024 and be completed in 2025.

The listing process of Xiaomi SU7 can be regarded as a textbook-level marketing case. However, after truly entering the automobile market, Xiaomi Automobile's limited production capacity may not be able to maintain consumers '"long-term sentiment." Starting from June 5, Xiaomi Automobile shortened the hesitation period for locking orders from 7 days to 3 days. The hesitation time for consumers has been shortened, which is indeed more convenient for factories to schedule production. Consumers have too many variables, and the production scheduling plan will also be affected. Judging from the number of locking orders and production capacity currently announced by Xiaomi, even if subsequent car buyers place orders now, they may not be able to pick up the car until next year. The delivery cycle will inevitably lengthen, which may affect the final decision of potential consumers.

According to the sales ranking of new power brands in the Chinese market in May, Ideal Automobile, Hongmeng Zhixing and NIO were the top three sales in the month, delivering 35,000 units, 30,600 units, and 20,500 units respectively. Among them, a total of nine brands have sold more than 10,000 units. Xiaomi is the only brand with sales of less than 10,000 units, ranking tenth with sales of 8630 units. Judging from today's delivery situation, the SU7 is temporarily ranked second among the new forces of the same type of car-building, which will inevitably have a certain impact on its sales.
