In view of the above defects, Shenlong Automobile Co., Ltd. will protect the bottom ring of the front suspension spring of the vehicle within the recall scope, if the front suspension spring has broken, replace the new spring, and carry on the protection treatment to the spring bottom ring, in order to eliminate the hidden danger.

From the scale of the recall, DPCA recalled a large number of Dongfeng Citroen Sega hatchback and hatchback cars. It is worth mentioning that the recall was carried out in the context of the defect investigation initiated by the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration.

On the same day, Porsche (China) Automobile sales Co., Ltd., Chrysler (China) Automobile sales Co., Ltd., and Stellantes (Shanghai) Automobile Co., Ltd. also announced a recall of some models.

Porsche (China) Automobile sales Co., Ltd. filed the recall plan with the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration in accordance with the regulations on the recall of defective Automobile products and the measures for the implementation of the regulations on the recall of defective Automobile products. From August 31, 2024, some imported Taycan series electric vehicles produced from January 7, 2020 to April 24, 2024 will be recalled, totaling 17278.

Chrysler (China) Automobile sales Co., Ltd. in accordance with the requirements of the regulations on the Administration of defective Automobile products recall, the measures for the implementation of defective Automobile products recall regulations and the regulations on Motor vehicle Emission recall, the recall plan was filed with the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration. It is decided to recall some imported 4xe plug-in hybrid vehicles produced from June 1, 2021 to October 6, 2021, totaling 1060.

The reason for the recall is that due to manufacturing reasons, the size of fuel filling cover is too poor in some vehicles within the scope of this recall, resulting in lax sealing of fuel filling cover, which may lead to excessive fuel steam emissions and unreasonable emission risk. The recall was also carried out in the context of the defect investigation initiated by the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration. Affected by the investigation, Chrysler (China) Automobile sales Co., Ltd. will replace qualified fuel filling caps and new fuel filling pipes for vehicles within the scope of the recall free of charge to ensure that fuel filling ports are fully sealed to eliminate the risk of unreasonable emissions.

Stellandis (Shanghai) Automobile Co., Ltd. filed the recall plan with the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration in accordance with the requirements of the regulations on the Administration of defective Automobile products recall and the measures for the implementation of defective Automobile products recall regulations. From now on, it is decided to recall some of the imported brand-new Grand Cherokee 4xe cars produced on July 13, 2023, a total of 2 vehicles.

The reason for the recall is that due to manufacturing reasons, the bolts of the seat belt buckle in the second row of the vehicle within the scope of the recall may not be properly tightened, which will affect the restraint effect of the seat belt and increase the risk of injury to passengers when the vehicle collides. There are hidden dangers. In view of the above defects, Stellantes (Shanghai) Automobile Co., Ltd. will check the second row of seat belt buckle bolts for vehicles in the recall area free of charge, and tighten the bolts correctly to eliminate safety risks.
