It is understood that this test is a comprehensive simulation of consumers in the actual car use process may encounter a variety of scenarios and extreme environment, to provide consumers with a more objective reference for car purchase. The first step of the test is the hot and humid test stage in Guangzhou, where 42 models have participated in the test, including some popular models in the current market. For example, Xiaomi SU7, Avita 12, SAIC Volkswagen ID.3, Tesla Model 3, Lantu Yuguang PHEV, Linke 07EM-P, Linke 08EM-P, Lvlai ET5, ideal L6, Chery Fengyun A8, Xiaopeng G6, Deep Blue SL03 and other models.
According to the official instructions, in the humid and hot test link in Guangzhou, the vehicles participating in the test should complete the tests of emergency risk aversion on wet and slippery roads, water-related safety, emergency braking on wet and slippery roads, reliability of charging in rainy days, and AEB in rainy days under specific temperature and humidity conditions. The test of emergency braking on wet and slippery road is mainly to set the road surface as sprinkled basalt road and test the shortest braking distance of 60-0km/h on this road. The reliability test of charging in rainy days is mainly to simulate the light rain weather to test whether the vehicle can be charged normally under this environmental condition. The AEB test on rainy days is to simulate the channel, with reference to the CCRs scene, the weather condition is light rain and the road surface is wet asphalt road, testing whether the vehicle can warn and stop under this scene.
The principle of passing the model is that at least one of the emergency braking on the wet and slippery road is better than the average level of this test, and the vehicle model that meets the above test conditions is regarded as passing the Guangzhou wet-heat test.
Of the 42 models in the initial test, only 26 passed the high-temperature and humid heat test in Guangzhou. Among them, pure electric cars pass through polar krypton 001, Lulai ET5 and Xiaomi SU7. The hybrid cars passed by Han DM-i, Lantu Yuguang PHEV, Linke 07EM-P, Chery Fengyun A8 and Deep Blue SL03. Fuel cars pass through the Accord and Audi A4L. Pure electric SUV models have zero run C11, Tesla Model Y, Tengli N7, Xilai ES6, Xiaopeng G6, Star era ET. Hybrid SUV models passed by Tang DM-P, Jietu Shanhai T2, ideal L6, collar 08EM-P, Deep Blue S7. Fuel SUV models include Honda CR-V, Dongfeng Nissan Land Exploration, Geely Xingyue L, Chery Tiger 8L, SAIC Volkswagen Tuang.
These passed models will also enter the second stage of the high temperature dry heat test in Turpan. It is understood that the requirements of the high temperature dry heat test in Turpan are more stringent. Among all the test subjects that the test models participate in according to the principle, at least half of the test scores are better than the average test results of this subject, and they are identified as the 2024 CNAC summer test passing models. This test is mainly from the aspects of high-temperature charging power, high-temperature linear acceleration, high-temperature emergency braking, high-temperature VOC, high-temperature air conditioning cooling, high-temperature driving mileage, high-temperature energy consumption and high-temperature range.
In the high-temperature charging power test, the tested vehicle is exposed to the car for 2 hours, and the SOC of the vehicle is charged from 30% to 80% in a high-temperature environment. The temperature of the test environment reaches 40-45 ℃, and the test result is the average value of pure electric vehicle: 136.78kW, hybrid vehicle: 43.66kW. Linear acceleration at high temperature is mainly used to test the acceleration time of 0-100km/h on dry asphalt pavement in high temperature environment. The test results show that the average test values of pure electric vehicles, hybrid models and fuel models are 4.97s, 6.67s and 8.73s respectively. The high temperature range achievement rate environment is mainly to test the service life of pure electric vehicles in the high temperature environment. The ambient temperature of the test is 35-45 ℃, and the test results show that the average rate of high temperature range of pure electric vehicles is 88.67%.
According to the official test requirements, the Turpan high-temperature dry heat test requirements are very strict, only 10 models have passed the test. According to the published results, the 10 models that passed the test came from pure electric models, hybrid models and fuel models. Among them, pure electric models are polar krypton 001, Xiaomi su7, Xiaopeng G6, Star era ET, hybrid models are Lantu Yuguang PHEV, LinkedIn 07EM-P, Linke 08EM-P, Chery Fengyun A8, fuel models are Audi A4L, Chery Ruihu 8L.
Judging from the scores of various subjects that took part in the test, Xiaomi su7 got the first place in several test items, such as emergency risk aversion on slippery road, high-temperature linear acceleration and high-temperature emergency braking. In addition, the performance of Xiaopeng G6 is also very good, in the high temperature driving mileage test, won the first place with the result of 684.7km. At the same time, the success rate of 97.81% was obtained in the high temperature flight endurance rate test. Then there was Lecker 07 EM-P, which also won the first place in the test of high-temperature driving range and high-temperature energy consumption of hybrid models.
It is understood that the "China Automobile Summer Test" is a testing platform built by the joint efforts of the China Automobile Center and industry enterprises. When it was announced in June that it would carry out the summer test of China Automobile, it also received public support from many car companies, such as Jiangqi Group, BAIC Group, AITO Automobile, Chery Automobile, LinkedIn Automobile and so on.
