According to Tianyan investigation information, on July 30, Guanzhi Automobile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guanzhi Automobile") added a piece of information about the person subject to execution, with more than 107 million yuan in execution, involving disputes over housing rental contracts. The enforcement court is the Shanghai No. 1 Intermediate people's Court.

This is the second piece of information about the person to be executed by Qoros in July. On July 22nd, Qoros added a piece of information about the person subject to execution, with the execution target of more than 222 million yuan, and the enforcement court is the Intermediate people's Court of Jinan City, Shandong Province. As of press time, there are 36 pieces of information about the person subject to execution of Guanzhi Automobile, and the total amount of execution is 742 million yuan.

At present, Qoros Motor is involved in lawsuits, and there are a number of restrictions on consumption orders, persons subject to breach of trust, and information on final cases, including 367. in 77 final cases, the total amount of execution is 199 million yuan, and the total amount of non-performance is 179 million yuan, the proportion of non-performance is 90.3%; the number of unfulfilled executors is 31, the proportion of non-performance is 100%; and there are 30 cases of equity freeze.

In the past two years, Qoros has rarely appeared in the public view, but as an early domestic positioning of independent high-end brands, the starting point for the establishment of Qoros is not low. Guanzhi Automobile was established in December 2007. its registered capital and paid-in capital are both 16.925 billion yuan, backed by the two major shareholders of Chery Automobile and Israel Quantum Fund. and the company's executives are highly paid to recruit talents from international well-known automobile brands such as BMW, Audi, Jaguar and Volkswagen.

In November 2013, Qoros launched its first production model, the Guanji 3 sedan. A few years ago, Qoros successively launched a number of models, such as the Qoros 3 five-door version, the Guanzhi 3 City SUV 1.6T, the Qoros 5 SUV, and the Qoros 3 GT. Unfortunately, these models failed to generate sales for Qoros. According to the data, Qoros sold 6900, 14000 and 24200 vehicles respectively from 2014 to 2016, with a cumulative loss of 6.6 billion yuan over the past three years, making it a "big burden" for Chery. Chery sold Qoros to Baoneng at the end of 2017.

In January 2018, Baoneng Group bought a 51% stake in Guanzhi Motor for 6.63 billion yuan, which ushered in a brief "dawn". Sales surged to 63200 in 2018, up 320% from the same period last year, but sales hit rock bottom the following year, with only 22700 sold, down 63.4% from the same period last year. The release of Quan Chi 7 new cars in 2020 also failed to reverse the decline, leaving sales down to 13100 again. Since 2021, Qoros has been mired in a negative situation, including internal staff turnover, protection of the rights of external suppliers and dealers, and sales failure. By 2023, Qoros will no longer be interested in the auto market. It is worth mentioning that life is also difficult for Baoneng Automobile, the major shareholder of Qoros Motor. Since the beginning of 2023, Baoneng has been mired in a liquidity crisis and is also on the brink of life and death.

Nowadays, the competition in the automobile market has entered a white-hot stage, and automobile enterprises are facing the link of survival of the fittest. In the face of the new trend in the future and the extremely inward market environment, Qoros does not have a product that can handle it, and it is currently plagued by lawsuits. In this context, the chances of Qoros, which is already on the edge, to make a comeback can be said to be very slim.
