Two new pieces of information about the person subject to execution were added on July 31, the object of execution is more than 3.71 million yuan and more than 140000 yuan respectively, and the enforcement courts are the Changshu Municipal people's Court.

At present, Guanzhi Automobile is plagued by lawsuits, there are a number of restrictions on consumption orders, breach of faith to be executed, final case information and so on. On July 31, Guanzhi Automobile Co., Ltd. added a new announcement of tax arrears, including property tax, urban land use tax, consumption tax, urban maintenance and construction tax, personal income tax and stamp duty. According to foreign investment information, Hangzhou Chengmao Investment Co., Ltd. holds a 63% stake in Guanzhi Automobile Co., Ltd., making it its largest shareholder. On August 1, the enterprise status of Hangzhou Chengmao Investment Co., Ltd. changed from existence to revocation and non-cancellation. In other words, the first shareholder of Qoros has had his business license revoked.

As an early domestic positioning of independent high-end brands, today's Qoros has rarely appeared in the public view. Reviewing the development process of Guanzhi Automobile, we can see that the early Qoros Motors started from a good starting point, relying not only on the two major shareholders of Chery Automobile and Israel Quantum Fund, but also on the high salaries of senior executives from international well-known automobile brands such as BMW, Audi, Jaguar and Volkswagen. At the same time, the speed at which Qoros launched its products was not slow. Unfortunately, its influence in the Chinese market is still not high. In January 2018, Baoneng Group spent 6.63 billion yuan to acquire a 51% stake in Qoros, but it also fell after a brief highlight.

In May 2022, the Automobile Circulation Association of Shandong Province issued a document entitled "warning on the consumption of Guanzhi Brand cars", which blacklisted Quan Zhi Automobile and issued a consumption warning to consumers in the province-- careful purchase of Baoneng Guanzhi brand cars. At present, a number of Guanzhi 4S stores across the country are in a state of shutdown, and Guanzhi owners generally encounter problems such as "no door" for car repair, difficult to cash in delayed maintenance, and so on.

It is worth mentioning that life is also difficult for Baoneng Automobile, the major shareholder of Qoros Motor. Since the beginning of 2023, Baoneng has been mired in a liquidity crisis and is also on the brink of life and death. As for the reason why Quan Zhi fell down, it is not difficult to speculate. Cui Dongshu, secretary general of the passenger Association, pointed out in an interview with the media: "the view that the innovation of automobile products is not effective, and that the aging of products is out of touch with the mode of the times is the main reason why Guanzhi is abandoned by the market."

At present, the Chinese automobile market is undergoing a "big reshuffle", and in the face of the new trend in the future and the extremely inward market environment, Qoros does not have a product that can handle it. poor management and lack of product innovation have doomed that Qoros can not go too far. in this context, it is almost impossible for Qoros to make a comeback.
