From the latest official picture, in terms of appearance, the new car still uses the latest design language of the Lecker family, but it has been adjusted compared to the current model. Specifically, the front face of the new car uses a larger grille design, surrounded by black decorations on both sides, making it more sporty.

On the side of the body, the new car uses brand-new purple car paint, the overall shape is wider and lower. In terms of size, the official has not yet announced. As a reference, the length, width and height of the 1.5T Linke 03 model is 4684/1843/1460mm, and the wheelbase is 2730mm. In the rear part, the new car is still designed with a cash through taillight style, but a new carbon fiber style deflector is added, and the exhaust is designed with bilateral exhaust vents.

In the interior part, the overall layout of the new car is basically consistent with the cash model, using black color matching and supplemented by red atmosphere lights, the overall vision is more fashionable. The car is equipped with a 15.4-inch intelligent entertainment screen and a built-in Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip to support the interconnection of Flyme Link handcars. compared with current models, the new car has been upgraded in terms of Smart + connected.

In terms of power, the new roof model will be equipped with a 2.0T T5 gasoline engine, a maximum power of 254 horsepower, a peak torque of 350 Nm, a 7-damp double-clutch gearbox and an acceleration time of 6.9 seconds. For comparison, the current Lecke 03 family offers three power options: 1.5T oil-electric hybrid, 1.5T gasoline and 2.0T gasoline. Among them, 2.0T engine provides three kinds of high, medium and low power adjustments, with a maximum power of 254 horsepower, 265 horsepower and 350 horsepower respectively.

Lectra is a brand jointly funded by Geely Automobile, Volvo Automobile and Geely Holdings, positioning its own high-end brands, with a shareholding ratio of 50%, 30% and 20% respectively. Among them, the CMA infrastructure module jointly developed by Geely Automobile and Volvo Automobile is established. The Lecker 03 is the first car model of the Lecker brand, and it is also the first car created by the CMA infrastructure jointly developed by Geely and Volvo. Leike 03 first announced its global launch in Tokyo, Japan in October 2018, positioning the trendy sports sedan with a total of six models, with a price of 11.68-151800 yuan in the domestic market at that time.

In April 2019, the Lectra 03 2.0TD power model was officially released and put on the market. The new car launched two models with a price of 15.48-166800 yuan and a maximum power of 190hp. In June 2019, the first high-performance version of Lecker 03+ was unveiled at the Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Macao International Auto Show and went on sale in August of the same year. The car is marked with the "+" sign to distinguish between sports and exclusive models. In terms of appearance, Lecker 03+ mainly increases the movement encirclement of the whole car, including optional carbon fiber front lips, new style 19-inch two-color dense spoke rims, rear rear diffuser, carbon fiber rear spoiler and bilateral four-out exhaust, etc., and optimize the air kit.

Up to now, the Lecker 03 family has formed a performance upgrade model matrix such as Lecker 03, LinkedIn 03+ and LinkedIn 03+ Cyan customized version, which mainly competes with Honda Civic, Volkswagen Golf / Golf GTI and other models in the car market. Retail data show that Lectra 03 sold 32085 vehicles in the first seven months of this year, accounting for 23.48 per cent of its total sales of 136628 vehicles. For comparison, the Honda Civic sold 63081 cars of the same class; Volkswagen Golf sold 22966.
