Based on the polar krypton 001 sharing platform, the new car is based on the positioning of medium and large pure electric sedans. It is the first pure electric flagship car under the Lecker brand, and it is also a milestone in the transformation of Lecker to new energy after the 08 EM-P and 07 EM-P.

In terms of appearance, the new car adopts a new design language, and the front face is a popular closed grille design. The LED daytime driving lights of the split light group are distributed on both sides of the engine room cover, using two vertical bars independently, and decorated with four small vertical lanes in the middle, while the slender far and near light group is integrated with the through LED lamp group with dot matrix layout. High recognition brings good visual impact at the same time. In addition, the front enclosure of the new car is equipped with a traditional active intake grille, which is in sharp contrast to the fashionable design of the upper part.

On the side of the body, the shape of the new car is very simple, using the car running style of slip-back styling design, the lines are smooth and slender. The new car uses hidden water-cut and rimless door design, but the reflector does not use rimless design, but returns to the traditional style. In addition, the new car is equipped with 21-inch two-color rims and incorporates a low wind resistance design with a tire size of 255amp 40R21. In terms of body color, the new car offers 6 color choices, including 2 solid colors and 4 two-color body options.

In the rear part, the new rear light group echoes with the front, using dot matrix short point design, license plate frame and rear enclosure part using irregular geometric design, and the upturned duckling tail shape with black trim board design at the bottom to make the vehicle more dynamic. In addition, the new car is also equipped with hidden active lifting tail wings, which is also a highlight of the new car design. According to reports, when the speed exceeds 70 km / h, the rear wing automatically unfolds 15 degrees; when the speed is less than 30 km / h, the tail wing is automatically withdrawn.

In terms of size, the length, width and height of the new car are 5028/1966/1468mm and the wheelbase is 3005mm. For comparison, the polar krypton 001 made on the same platform is 4977/1999/1545mm in length, width and height, with a wheelbase of 3005mm, while Xiaomi SU7 is 4997/1963/1455mm in length, width and height and 3000mm in wheelbase.

Interior decoration part, the layout of the new car is simple, using leather material to design seats, the whole is relatively fashionable. In terms of configuration, the new car features a 15.4-inch suspended central control screen and a 12.66-inch full LCD dashboard with a built-in LYNK Flyme Auto system. In addition, the new car also simplifies a large number of physical buttons, using a shielding design, with a double-spoke multi-function steering wheel and HUD look-up display, the overall sense of science and technology is very in place.

In the power part, the new car is based on 800V architecture, providing a total of three power options, among which, the 702km four-wheel drive Ultra version has a maximum motor power of 580kW and a maximum torque of 810Nm; the entry version has a maximum power of 200kW and a maximum torque of 343Nm; the secondary top model has a maximum power of 310kW and a maximum torque of 440Nm. In terms of battery life, the new car will be equipped with 71kWh and 95kWh capacity batteries. According to different configurations, CLTC pure electric mileage will provide 602km, 702km, 766km and 806km.

Lectra was one of the first Chinese brands to hit the high-end market, a joint venture between Geely Automobile Group and Volvo Automobile Group to position high-end brands, in which Geely Motor owns 50%, Volvo Motor 30% and Geely Holdings 20%.

In June 2022, Geely holding Group CEO Gan Jiayue announced that by 2025, all Lectra products will be equipped with Lectra intelligent electric mixing technology to realize the electrification of all products. However, today, Lecker's medium and large pure electric flagship cars have just been launched, and before that, the market segment of medium and large pure electric models has hatched many new models, including Xiaomi's SU7, Hongmeng Zhixuan's Zhijie S7, Avita's Avita 12 and so on.

As the first pure electric flagship car under the Lecker brand, the listing of the Lecker Z10 may bear the heavy burden of the growth of pure tram sales. At the same time, as a medium and large pure electric car of class 200000, Lac Z10 is bound to face fierce market competition after its launch, including BYD Han EV, Xiaomi SU7, Polar Krypton ZEEKR 001,007, Xilai ET5, Xiaopeng P7, Zhijie S7, Avita 12, Red Flag EH7 and other models are potential competitors of the new car. It is worth mentioning that at present, some competitive products of new cars have established a certain market position in the car market, including Xiaomi SU7, BYD Han EV, polar krypton ZEEKR 001 and so on. Retail data show that from January to July this year, the cumulative sales of polar krypton ZEEKR 001s were 63900, BYD EV 47500 and Xiaomi SU7 43100, of which Xiaomi SU7 has been on the market for less than half a year and monthly sales have stabilized at 10,000 vehicles. From this point of view, Lectra Z10 is not easy to become the benchmark of this market segment of medium and large pure electric cars. With the intensification of competition in the car market, Lectra still has a long way to go in terms of new energy models.

At present, the main source of sales of Lecker still depends on fuel vehicles. Up to now, Linke brand models on sale include Linke 01, 02, 03Accord 03+, 05, 06 as well as new energy vehicles such as 01 PHEV, 02 PHEV, 05 PHEV, 09 MHEV/PHEV and so on. Retail data show that from January to July in 2024, the cumulative sales of Lecker cars was 136600, of which the top three models were LEC 08, LEC 03 and LEC 06, respectively, with sales of 41500, 32100 and 27600 respectively. As for whether the belated Lecker Z10 can carry the banner of growth, it remains to be seen.
