Dongfeng Nissan officially released the new Xiaoke official picture on Sept. 25, with the new car named "Xiaoke Honor" and adjusted for its appearance and interior. the new car is expected to go on sale in mid-October. As a reference, the price range of free customers currently on sale is 12.59-174900 yuan.

In terms of appearance, combined with the official map, the new car uses the latest family design style, the front face is similar to Nissan land exploration, using the new V-Motion design language, the front face uses a large-size grille, the interior of the net is a matrix shape, and both sides are designed with split headlights, which looks very rough and hard, with high overall visual impact and recognition.

On the side of the car body, the new car has strong lines, using highlight black spraying machine processing technology design, and replaced with a new shape of 18-inch cyclone rims, showing a good sense of fashion. In the rear part, the new car adopts split taillight design, and the lamp group is rotary dart design, which has a very high degree of recognition after lighting. In addition, the new car has a "GLORY" sign on the left side of the rear to indicate the new identity of the new car.

In terms of interior decoration, a large number of soft materials are used in the new car to enhance comfort and make the vehicle look more fashionable at the same time. In terms of configuration, the new car is equipped with a 12.3-inch suspended central control screen, a new car engine system, a D-type three-spoke steering wheel and a three-round air conditioning outlet, while retaining physical buttons. The Xiaoke, one of Dongfeng Nissan's best-selling models, was first unveiled at the Guangzhou Auto Show in November 2007. it was officially put on the domestic market on March 12, 2008. the price range is 16.78-219800 yuan, and it provides 2.0L gasoline engine, maximum power 102kW and maximum torque 198Nm. As Dongfeng Nissan's compact SUV model, Dongfeng Nissan won 5000 orders once it made its debut. To this end, Dongfeng Nissan also set an annual sales target of 50, 000 vehicles in 2008, but eventually sold only 23800 vehicles, falling short of its annual sales target.

In October 2015, the second generation of Xiaoke went on sale, with a price range of 13.98 to 189800 yuan, powered by 1.2T and 2.0L self-priming engines, matching six-speed manual and CVT gearbox. Based on the fact that this generation outperforms its peers in all aspects, it has become the best-selling model of the same class after its launch, with sales of about 140000 vehicles in 2016, according to data.

In July, Dongfeng Nissan launched the Xiaoke Classic, with a new comfortable version and a leading version, which are priced at 125900 yuan and 139900 yuan respectively, and the smartphone version is priced at 145900 yuan. It is powered by a 2.0L naturally aspirated engine with a maximum power of 111kW and a peak torque of 194Nm, which matches the CVT gearbox. The following August, the third generation of Xiaoke went on the market, launching a total of four models with a price range of 13.99-174900 yuan. As a replacement model, the car is based on the Nissan CMF-C platform, the appearance is younger and sportier, the power is replaced with a light hybrid power system composed of a 1.3T four-cylinder engine, and a 12V light hybrid system is added, the maximum power of the engine is 116kw, and the transmission system will match the CVT gearbox.

In the era of fuel vehicles, Japanese cars do have good brand awareness and good reputation, but in the era of rapid development of the new energy vehicle market, the advantages of Japanese cars are gradually being erased. Take Dongfeng Nissan as an example, in Dongfeng Nissan's product matrix, the sales of Xuanyi, Xiaoke and Teana account for half of Dongfeng's daily production and sales all the year round. Retail data show that sales of Xuanyi, Xiaoke and Teana were 420700, 150600 and 146000 respectively in 2022, compared with 376100, 113600 and 92,600 in 2023.

In the first eight months of this year, Xuanyi, Xiaoke and Teana were still Dongfeng Nissan's best-selling models, with 206800, 72300 and 46200 respectively. As for the follow-up Xiaoke honor listing, how many consumers are willing to pay for it, or whether it can bring a different surprise to Dongfeng Nissan, wait for time to verify.
