Among them, the number of complaints of Crown Lufang reached 191, ranking first in the list of complaints, and most of its complaints were caused by battery losses.

The crown, which ranks second and third, is mainly complained of problems such as car body rust, paint blistering cracking, exhaust failure, instrument cracking and so on. Most of the complaints about these models are old problems, but because some models are relatively old or have stopped production, the problems have not been solved. Most of the complaints about Carola and RAV4 Rongfang models are rust, engine failure, motor exhaust failure, high fuel consumption and so on.

Among the Japanese brands, in addition to the above models, GAC Fengtian Leiling, Camry, Haoying and other popular models are also on the list. Lei Ling has been complained about exhaust failure and engine oil leakage. Camry ranked ninth on the list of complaints due to system upgrade problems and audio and video system failures. The main problems complained about by Haoying are component cracking, system problems and so on. Dongfeng Nissan's Teana and Xuanyi models also received complaints from car owners due to system upgrade problems, audio and video system failures, car body rust and inability to accelerate, ranking 11th and 14th on the complaint list.

Judging from the top 10 of the list, the brands with more complaints are mainly Toyota brands, but some other brands have also been added, such as BYD Song PLUS New Energy, Han two models due to price changes, hybrid mode conversion failures and other problems, were complained to the 6th and 10th positions.

Since February this year, BYD has launched many honorable versions one after another, the new version has been upgraded in terms of system configuration, and the price has dropped to 79800 yuan. The launch of this series of new products has also aroused the dissatisfaction of many old car owners. Of course, the official launch of new models with more favorable prices is not uncommon in the automobile industry. After all, since last year, the price war has never stopped. However, it is best to provide certain rights and interests compensation to the old car owners after adjusting the price, which may help to alleviate the dissatisfaction of the old car owners.

In addition, among the top 30 on the complaint list are BYD Qin PLUS, Leopard 5, Tang New Energy and M7 models all received complaints from users because of price changes. Among them, the number of complaints against the M7 model in September was 37, ranking 30th on the complaint list.

M7 launched in 2022, positioning medium and large SUV, a total of three configuration models, the price range is 31.98-379800 yuan. On September 12, 2023, the new M7 went on sale, with five configuration models and two optional layouts of five seats and six seats, with a starting price range of 24.98 to 329800 yuan. Since the launch of the new M7, it has quickly become a popular model under the brand and is the sales pillar of the brand. Data show that the cumulative sales of the M7 from January to August in 2024 were 133438, an increase of 96.34% over the same period last year.

Generally speaking, most of the top 30 complaints in September were system upgrade, price change, system upgrade and other problems, and there were some popular models in the car market among the models complained about. However, the complaint list is only for some car owners to reflect product problems online, but it does not mean that all car owners will encounter similar problems.
