Goldman Sachs raised Xiaomi's 12-month share price target to HK $27.50 from HK $24.70, citing better-than-expected performance of Xiaomi's electric car business, according to Investing.com. Notably, Goldman Sachs also raised its delivery forecast for 2025 and beyond for Xiaomi SU7, which is expected to deliver more than 225000 vehicles that year, based on strong growth in SU7 orders and increased manufacturing capacity in the first phase of the plant. In addition, Goldman Sachs predicts that Xiaomi SU7 Ultra will sell 4000 vehicles next year, with an average price of about 800000 yuan, accounting for 5 per cent of the company's electric vehicle revenue.

Xiaomi SU7, Xiaomi's first production car, went on sale on March 28 and delivered a total of 56231 vehicles by the end of August, while Xiaomi will deliver at least 100000 this year, with 120000 as the ultimate goal. At present, there is still room for at least 43800 Xiaomi cars, and the average monthly sales need to be more than 10,000 vehicles, while if calculated according to 120000 vehicles, the average monthly sales volume needs to be more than 16000 vehicles, which still puts a lot of pressure on Xiaomi cars. The latest figures show that Xiaomi car sales exceeded 10,000 again in September, and in view of the fact that September is the peak sales season for the auto industry, superimposed by the advance consumption of the National Day, Xiaomi car sales are expected to exceed a new high in September. Previously, Xiaomi expected to meet its delivery target of 100000 vehicles ahead of schedule in November.
