On October 7th, Selis released the latest production and sales figures, showing that total car sales in September were 44574, up 148.30% from a year earlier. Of these, sales of new energy vehicles were 37407, an increase of 265.09 percent over the same period last year, and Selis cars were 35825, an increase of 402.81 percent over the same period last year. By the end of September, Selis had sold a total of 369417 vehicles for the year, up 170.07% from a year earlier. Of these, sales of new energy vehicles were 316713, an increase of 364.23 percent over the same period last year, and Selis cars were 292957, an increase of 625.34 percent over the same period last year.

The cooperation model between Huawei and Cyrus is glowing with new vitality-intelligence has driven sales growth, and high-end technology is beginning to bear fruit. The net profit belonging to shareholders of listed companies was 1.625 billion yuan, turning losses into profits, with a loss of 1.344 billion yuan in the same period. It was the brightest financial report in Selis's history, with profitability far exceeding that of 2019 for half a year.

Huawei has also benefited from entering the auto industry. At present, Huawei has launched automobile brands in cooperation with Cyrus, Chery, BAIC and Jianghuai, but only the brand has been successful, and whether other brand markets are hot remains to be verified. According to a report released by Galaxy Securities, the top five customers attracted by Shenzhen contributed 90.55% of their income in the first half of the year, of which customer A had sales of 6.614 billion yuan in the first half, while Wangjie is Huawei's largest brand by sales, with 181000 vehicles sold in the first half. According to the plan, Huawei BU charges about 36700 yuan for every car Selis sells.

In the future, Cyrus will continue to bind Huawei deeply.

On July 2, Cyrus Group announced that its holding subsidiary, Selis Motor, intends to acquire 919 written and graphic trademarks such as registered or applied trademarks held by Huawei Technology Co., Ltd. and 44 related design patents for a total of 2.5 billion yuan.

On the evening of July 28, Cyrus Group announced that the company intends to invest in Shenzhen Wang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Pioneer"). If the transaction is completed, it will become a shareholding subsidiary of the company. Data show that Shenzhen Wangwang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was established on January 16, 2024, with a registered capital of 1 billion yuan. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Huawei Technology Co., Ltd. at present, it has set up subsidiaries in Dongguan, Hangzhou, Shanghai, Nanjing and Suzhou, engaged in the research and development, design, production, sales and service of automotive intelligent system and component solutions. The main business scope includes automobile intelligent driving solution, automobile intelligent cockpit, intelligent vehicle control, intelligent vehicle cloud, vehicle light and so on.

Cyrus and Huawei signed a further joint business cooperation agreement, the two sides will give full play to the joint business advantages, will become a world-class new luxury car leading brand, and more new models will be launched one after another this year. It is understood that the M8 model will be launched in the second half of the year, which is located between M7 and M9 and competes with the ideal L8.

Of course, Cyrus Group also expects to develop independent brands, such as its Blue Electric brand, which is a new new energy vehicle brand of Chongqing Cyrus Blue Electric Automobile Co., Ltd., the first model, Blue Electric E5, will be launched in March 2023, with a price range of 13.99-151900 yuan, equipped with HUAWEI HiCar3.0 and a plug-in hybrid system. Since then, the blue electric brand has launched E3 and E5 PLUS models, which has shown full sincerity in terms of price and configuration, but it is not well-known compared with the world, and it is not known whether the blue electric E5 can gain a foothold in the market.
