The company is jointly owned by many shareholders, such as Ningbo Meishan bonded Port area Kaijiu Investment Management Co., Ltd., Huzhou Aochi Investment Partnership (limited partnership), Ningbo Meishan bonded Port area Mengding Investment Co., Ltd., etc.

As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aichi Automobile Co., Ltd., Shanghai Yiwei Xinneng Automobile Research and Development Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Aichi Automobile (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.) has been filed for bankruptcy. On November 30, 2023, Anji Automotive Logistics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. applied for bankruptcy liquidation with the Shanghai No. 3 Intermediate people's Court on the grounds that Aichi Automobile (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was unable to repay its due debts and obviously lacked solvency.

As of press time, the company had a total of 80 court announcements, of which two were held since November 25. the trial cases involved labor contract disputes and contract disputes, all of which were heard by the Shanghai Jiading District people's Court; 25 consumption restriction orders; 24 final cases, the total amount of execution was 523500 yuan, the total amount of non-performance was 523200 yuan, and the proportion of non-performance was 99.9%. 11 persons subject to breach of faith, the proportion of non-performance is 100%. Employees who advance the social security provident fund at their own expense need to change their labor contracts to Shanghai Yiwei Home Company from May 1, 2023 and transfer the money to the relevant account before May 25, 2023, and then return it later when the company is normal, the notice said.

Up to now, Aichi U5 and Aichi U6 are two models under Aichi Automobile. Aichi U5 is the first production car of Aichi Automobile, which was officially listed in December 2019, positioning A+ intelligent pure electric SUV, the current price is 16.69-292100 yuan; Aichi U6 was listed in October 2022, based on MAS pure electric platform building, positioning pure electric medium-sized SUV, the current price is 21.99-237900 yuan. At the sales level, Aichi no longer publishes sales figures since April 2023. Previous data showed that Aichi sold 856 cars in 2022 and 111 in the first April of 2023.
