Prior to this, on October 29th, Dayun Automobile Co., Ltd. was listed as the person subject to execution, with a total amount of 4.6771 million yuan, and the enforcement court was Yuncheng Yanhu District people's Court.

Data show that Dayun Automobile Co., Ltd. was established in August 2007, formerly known as Shanxi Dayun Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd., the legal representative is Yuanqinshan, the registered capital is 1.072 billion yuan, and the paid-in capital is 800 million yuan. According to shareholder information, the company is jointly owned by Universiade Kyushu Group Co., Ltd. and Dayun Group Co., Ltd., with a shareholding ratio of 99.875% and 0.125%. Chengdu Dayun Automobile Group Co., Ltd. was established in September 1992 with a registered capital of 327 million yuan, while Hubei Dayun Automobile Co., Ltd. was established in January 2010 with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. Both legal representatives are Yuanqinshan and are wholly owned by Dayun Automobile Co., Ltd., that is to say, both companies are wholly owned subsidiaries of Dayun Automobile Co., Ltd.

Industry insiders believe that the dilemma faced by Dayun may be related to the current situation of the Dayun Group, which was founded in 1987, sold only motorcycles in the early days, and began to lay out the automobile industry after 2004. since then, the areas of heavy trucks, light trucks and medium trucks have been laid out in 2004, 2009 and 2010, respectively. At present, there are four production bases in Yuncheng, Chengdu, Shiyan and Guangzhou, and the products are exported to more than 100 countries and regions. It is understood that in the first three quarters of this year, Dayun Automobile sold a total of 19566 heavy trucks, ranking sixth in the industry, and other business operations are in jeopardy. In addition, it entered the new energy vehicle market and launched the "Universiade New Energy" brand in 2016, but the sales of its two models Yuehu and Yuanzhi M1 were very mediocre, with retail sales of 10208 and 6506 respectively in the first 10 months of this year.

In August 2022, the Dayun Group launched the high-end new energy vehicle brand-- far Airlines, and at that year's Chengdu auto show, it unveiled a total of four new cars, namely, Y6, Y7, H8 and H9. Despite the great fanfare at that time, the brand is also not very popular in the auto market. The launch of Yuanhang did not bring new sales growth to Dayun's new energy vehicles, with figures showing that in the first 10 months of this year, retail sales of the Y6 and H8 were 4250 and 2098, respectively. To make matters worse, at the end of October, long Airlines was exposed to be mired in operating crises such as staff loss, delayed payment of wages, and shutdown of sales stores. Although Yuanghang subsequently responded: "it is backed by the Universiade Group and will not fail easily." However, judging from its current situation, the long voyage cars that rely on the Dayun Group are facing a lot of difficulties, and the first thing to solve is the capital chain and sales problems, but with the continuous reshuffle of the market, there is not much time for the long voyage cars to save themselves.

The automotive industry is undergoing unprecedented changes. Before Universiade, auto companies such as Reading, Singularity, Aichi, Skyline, Evergrande, Weimar and Gaohe are all in trouble.
