Data show that Dayun Automobile Co., Ltd. was established in August 2007, formerly known as Shanxi Dayun Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd., the legal representative is Yuanqinshan, the registered capital is 1.072 billion yuan, and the paid-in capital is 800 million yuan. According to shareholder information, the company is jointly owned by Universiade Kyushu Group Co., Ltd. and Dayun Group Co., Ltd., with a shareholding ratio of 99.875% and 0.125%. Chengdu Dayun Automobile Group Co., Ltd. was established in September 1992 with a registered capital of 327 million yuan, while Hubei Dayun Automobile Co., Ltd. was established in January 2010 with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. Both legal representatives are Yuanqinshan and are wholly owned by Dayun Automobile Co., Ltd., that is to say, both companies are wholly owned subsidiaries of Dayun Automobile Co., Ltd.

Industry insiders believe that the dilemma faced by Dayun may be related to the current situation of the Dayun Group, which was founded in 1987, sold only motorcycles in the early days, and began to lay out the automobile industry after 2004. since then, the areas of heavy trucks, light trucks and medium trucks have been laid out in 2004, 2009 and 2010, respectively. At present, there are four production bases in Yuncheng, Chengdu, Shiyan and Guangzhou, and the products are exported to more than 100 countries and regions.
