There are still about 50 days to go before the coming of the sixth national standard, and the implementation of the sixth national emission standard is expected to greatly affect the choice of some models of car buyers. Many provinces in China will also formally implement the sixth national sixth standard from July 1, 2019. Since the official announcement of the sixth national sixth standard at the end of 2016, automobile companies in various parts of our country have begun to improve and launch vehicles that meet the sixth national standard.

According to the information released by the Motor vehicle Emission Monitoring Center, as of April 25, 2019, there have been 75 enterprises, 1676 models (3316 information disclosure numbers) and 2590259 vehicles have made public the environmental protection information of light vehicles.

Among them, 59 domestic production enterprises, a total of 1348 models, 2300096 vehicles; foreign production enterprises 16, 328 models, 290163 vehicles.

According to the power classification, there are 75 light gasoline vehicle enterprises, with a total of 1585 models and 2516077 vehicles, and 25 light hybrid vehicle enterprises, 91 models and 74182 vehicles. All the public models are national six b (except one imported model is national six a).

It is understood that compared with the limits of the "National five" emission standards, the limits of carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides in the "National sixth b" standard have been reduced by 50 per cent and 42 per cent respectively. At present, the supply of cars in the market in line with the "sixth National Standard" has not been able to meet the market demand.

Due to the influence of the national six emission standards, in Shenzhen, Beijing and some parts of Hainan, national five models have been slowly restricted, and new or used cars will not be able to be registered or transferred. For example, Beijing has banned the third car from entering the sixth Ring Road. Most parts of the country have begun to implement the sixth national emission standards since July 1, 2019.

In terms of imported cars, what will be the impact of the sixth grade on these models? At present, imported cars are divided into American version, plus version, ink version, Middle East version and European version. For the American version and the plus version, it is not a big problem to buy. Most of the emission standards of these two versions are the same as the American standards, but for the latter three versions, especially for the Middle East version, because the emission requirements of the Middle Eastern version are the lowest, most models basically do not meet the national six or even five standards.

As for second-hand cars, with the advent of the sixth year, the value preservation rate of national five and second-hand cars is bound to decline to a certain extent. if national five cars cannot be sold outside the province in the future, this will also cause great inconvenience to the circulation of the second-hand car market. For people who want to buy used cars, it is recommended to wait until the market price of second-hand cars falls down a lot before buying them. If you want to sell cars in the near future, you should calculate the preservation rate. After all, there will be a devaluation of national five cars.

At present, most of the models in the market that meet the "sixth National Standard" are joint venture brands, while those of independent brands are relatively few. Compared with the emission system that meets the "five-year" standard, the average cost of the system that meets the "sixth" emission standard will probably increase by 3000 to 5000 yuan.

With the implementation of the policy of implementing the "National sixth" emission standard, it also brings greater pressure on the inventory adjustment pressure of dealers, so dealers need to reduce inventory in response. The Federation said that dealers actively digest inventory early, so the price under the current depressed sales is the most affordable. With the gradual completion of inventory digestion in June, the launch of the "national sixth" model is bound to bring a significant rebound in prices.
