At 18:23, I received a call from NIO customer service, informing me that there was a fault when I received an alarm from my car in the background; turned on APP to show that the network was cut off; customer service comforted me that it might just be a minor glitch and would send a commissioner to the scene to check it out quickly.

At 18:24, I received my husband Wechat. He said he saw a car on fire in the WeChat group. It was NIO. The picture showed that it was my basement.

At 18:27, I received another call from the customer service informing me that the commissioner had been arranged to leave; then I got to the garage and found that the smoke had filled the whole basement, and the security guard of the property in the community tried to enter the basement to check, but the smoke was too big to see anything.

At 18:40, the fire engine arrived, and I left because I had communicated with the NIO staff in the WeChat group and left it to them to deal with-there was so much smoke at the scene that I could neither help nor cause chaos (at that time, 10 minutes after the WeChat group had been told, the staff of Lulai will arrive at the scene, and Qinghua was pulled into the WeChat group as soon as he discovered the danger).

At about 19:30, I was informed by the property to take a statement at the scene (in fact, the fire brigade wanted to clarify the powers and responsibilities with me); when I saw Mr. Qinghua at the scene, I was sorry, told me not to worry, and told them to leave the matter to them. After that, I and the onlookers generally stood outside the cordon standby, because the property and fire protection may need the owner (car owner) to be present at any time (after Qinghua's total efforts, the fire and property were directly connected with him, saving me trouble).

After that, the on-site anti-smoking work of the fire was completed and handed over with the vehicle of the NIO team. the car was pulled out of the basement at almost 10:00 (completed by the NIO team). At the same time, I got an ES8 scooter to ensure that the demand for car use in the following time would not be affected (except for the team from NIO, the property security guards and firefighters worked hard this time, but fortunately, it did not affect the cars of other places in the basement, nor did it affect the neighbors of the community.
