A reporter visited the billboard "Service charge Standard" of a 4S store in Shanghai, and the first one was the "comprehensive service fee" of 5000 yuan, including insurance agency, purchase tax payment, vehicle licensing, car purchase consultation, vehicle cleaning, vehicle decoration and other projects. The second is service consulting fees-financial loans worth 2000 yuan or financial leases worth 2000 yuan, respectively. It includes agency loan application, material purchase, examination, mortgage and release service, financial car purchase consultation, etc. Is this clearly priced service charge compliant?

A senior lawyer in the industry said that the financial service fees of 4S stores can no longer be charged. At present, the government requires that the literal financial service fee can only be charged by the financial service provider who provides the loan, and the 4S store can not get any benefit from the consumers. But at the same time, the relevant departments also give 4S stores a "leniency" and allow those with conditions to charge "consulting fees". In addition, in order to prevent 4S stores from tampering with the collection of "consulting fees", the state requires 4S stores to specify each charging item, provide detailed consulting services, and issue corresponding invoices, not to collect money secretly.
