AutoBeta(AutoBeta.net)05/20 Report--

According to foreign media reports, J.D. Power, an American market research and consulting firm, ranks the reliability of German car brands. According to the data, there are fewer German luxury car companies than mass production companies, and there are no German luxury cars among the top 10 most trusted car brands.

J. D. Power has surveyed German consumers' trust in car brands for five years in a row. The latest survey shows that German consumers' overall trust in car brands has increased, but German luxury car brands are not very popular. Foreign mass-production brands are more popular with Germans, but Audi, BMW and Mercedes-Benz are even below average.

The most decisive figure in the survey is PP100, and the lower the number of problems encountered in every 100 cars, the better. The top 11 car brand trustworthiness are all mass production brands. Mitsubishi ranked first with a score of 85. This was followed by Skoda (88), Hyundai (89), Smart (90), Kia (95), Ford (98), Seattle (99), Toyota (101), Dacia (102), Opel (108) and Volkswagen (109).

The survey found that luxury cars are more likely to encounter technical problems than mass-produced cars, so luxury cars are obviously worse than mass-produced cars in the PP100 assessment. Luxury car brand Volvo (111) ranked 12th, BMW (129) ranked only 17th, Mercedes-Benz (137) 19th and Audi (142) 21st.

The survey also found that luxury car owners have higher brand loyalty to luxury cars, while mass-production car owners are more likely to be dissatisfied with mass-production car brands.
